The aim of this study was to analyze changes in the total bacterial count of milk transported in bulk in isothermal tanks for the dairy industry, obtained from different producers in January, February and March (dry period) and April, May and June ( rainy season) of 2018. Milk samples were collected from the producers' expansion tank and samples from the truck's isothermal tank at the end of each route. The analyzes of CBT were performed in the Laboratory of the Milk Clinic located in Piracicaba - SP, accredited in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA). The data were submitted to analysis of variance and the averages were compared by the tukey test at 5% of probability, performed through Sisvar Software. There was an increase in CBT during the bulk transport of refrigerated raw milk regardless of the periods. The CBT of the milk obtained in the rural property and transported in bulk up to the dairy, met the specifications of the Brazilian legislation.
