Item Insidiosidade na retórica discursiva hitlerista: linguagem, discurso e poder(2019-02-08) Abreu, Lorrayne Johanson de; Lima, Cristiano Soares de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6931282608444674; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5349668147615825Considering Adolf Hitler’s “legacy” regarding World War II (WWII), this research, based on French Psychoanalytical Discourse Analysis (hereafter DA), aims at analyzing one of Hitler's speeches, addressing Hitler’s Youth in September 1934. Observing the conditions of production of such discourse and also the rhetorical-discursive strategies of the speaker, it is possible to note different interdiscourses (and their distortions) among other theoretical elements approached by the DA Field. Once ideas “escape” to the enunciating subject, according Pêcheux (1997) and Orlandi (2009), it deems necessary to conduct a brief background history check on Hitler and then check whom were his words pointed at, since the meaning of ideas can change depending on who is using them. Since the discourse, in essence, results in acting upon the other, as the speaker seeks to make the interlocutor think, say and act according to the will of the former, this research aims at shedding some light and analyzing exactly such point. In this regard, this research discusses how a population seems to have been motivated to engage on WWII through distorted and extremist discourses, and also by the use of certain ideologies spread by someone who happened to be a skilled leader and speaker. Thus, we intend to perform (and contribute to) discussions on discursive choices and their functioning; on how the discourse can reveal more than desired by the subject (which may leave marks which may reveal unconscious traits); and on what effects of meaning each of the parts of the discourse bring.
