Item Proposta de melhoria de processo utilizando metodologias ágeis em um setor de manutenção eletroeletrônico(2024-03-05) Leal, Tárcia Laise Souza Viana; Alves, Denis Keuton; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7109075850257262This paper aims to analyze and propose the application of agile methodology in the management of electro-electronic maintenance process, also seeking to enhance the efficiency and quality of services provided. To achieve this goal, specific objectives were established. Initially, a literature review was conducted on maintenance and its historical context, focusing on the management of maintenance process using Kanban and agile methodologies, as well as their application in the maintenance context. This review identified challenges faced when using traditional approaches in this type of management. Subsequently, successful cases of companies that adopted agile methodology in the management of maintenance process were analyzed to investigate the benefits achieved with this approach. This analysis was compared with other traditional approaches, highlighting their differences, advantages, and disadvantages. Based on this information, a practical application of agile methodology was proposed in an electro-electronic maintenance process of a telecommunications company, considering the sector’s peculiarities and customer needs. To assess the feasibility and potential impact of applying agile methodology to the electro-electronic maintenance process, detailed studies and analyses were conducted. Finally, the work culminated in the development of guidelines and recommendations for the implementation of agile methodology in the management of maintenance processes, aiming to provide a solid foundation for other organizations to adopt this approach efficiently and effectively. The results obtained in this research will contribute to understanding the benefits of agile methodology in the management of electro-electronic maintenance processes, highlighting its relevance and potential to drive improvements in the field, thereby increasing companies’ competitiveness in the market.Item Metodologia ágil: análise dos impactos da implantação no gerenciamento de projetos na construção civil(2022-05-30) Silva, Mariana Santana da; Matias, Gisele Adelita; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3954579298151105; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2229389554644050One of the main problems detected in the construction sector is the lack of communication, delays and lack of productivity. Obtaining positive results in your process implies, mainly, the use of an efficient management plan, making clear the search for the final quality of the product, and consequently the inclusion of new management practices, among them the agile methodology. This research seeks, from a bibliographic research, to understand the potential of the use of agile methodology in civil construction. Through hypotheses and discussions, the impacts generated in project management with the adoption of an agile methodology were analyzed. The conclusions that emerged, based on the results obtained, showed that the implementation generated great potential in development and significant contributions in the selected works regarding problem solving, production flow, as well as interpersonal relationships. In all the articles, the identification of positive impacts such as the reduction of expenses, greater agility in relation to the execution, as well as the facilitation of the interaction between those involved, became perceptible. As for the implementation phase of an agile methodology or its framework, although some authors claim that it should not be applied in all phases of the project, it can be concluded that the agile methodology can be implemented throughout its life cycle. of a construction project. Even if in the initial phases this implementation adds more value, agile approach can be easily applied in other stages, still generating positive impacts.
