Item Aumento da confiabilidade na produção pela implementação de planos de manutenção preventiva(2023-05-04) Silva, Deiverson José da; Simões, Thiago Araujo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7903824177570749; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4121093660977324The lack of functional preventive maintenance in the production line of any factory entails several corrective maintenances, thus impacting performance, cost and productivity indicators. This work will address the use of the PDCA cycle as a methodology, as well as the 5W1H to identify the phenomenon and the 5 whys to find the root cause of the problem, respectively. Based on this, preventive maintenance plans for production lines were implemented in the “Manusis” asset management system. The system automatically generates the OM's (maintenance orders) for the maintainers to carry out the scheduled activities. In this way, it verified an efficiency in the performance of the production line due to the improvement of 32.78% in corrective maintenance, in addition to having obtained an average improvement of 3.58% in the MTBF (mean time between failures) and an average reduction of 3.59% in MTTR (mean time to repair).Item Como os impactos econômicos gerados pela pandemia do COVID-19 podem influenciar na utilização de fibras metálicas e sintéticas na construção de pisos industriais em Pernambuco(2021-12-08) Araujo, Joice Ferreira Nunes de; Francelino, Martônio José Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5457079260891955; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6554335127800409The COVID-19 pandemic generated a series of consequences, among them the need for social isolation and with it the increased demand for online shopping can be highlighted. This made e-commerce companies need to optimize their delivery processes and, consequently, invest in infrastructure compatible with the demands. Therefore, many institutions demanded their capital for investments in the construction of logistics warehouses in strategic regional points, in a period of economic crisis, which was reflected in the increase in the prices of civil construction inputs. Faced with the demand for new constructions and rising costs, engineering professionals needed to find technical solutions that had less impact on construction budgets. Thus, this work consists of a bibliographical research, supported by a case study, through the technical and economic feasibility between the use of polypropylene macrofiber and metallic fiber, normally used for the execution of floors in industrial sheds. In addition, this also points to the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on the variation in the prices of these materials in the market. The case study presented will serve as a quantifying agent in the economic analysis, considering the price difference between the use of these types of fiber on the floor of a refrigerated warehouse built in the state of Pernambuco. Thus, within the current scenario chosen, it was concluded that the use of both types of fibers is technically possible, however, in economic aspects, based on research with suppliers of these materials, associated with the case study, the polypropylene macrofiber presented itself as the lowest cost option.
