Item Transparência governamental e participação cidadã: o caso dos municípios de Afogados da Ingazeira e Serra Talhada, Sertão do Pajeú-PE(2019) Morais, Rênia Raynne Nobre de; Leão, Éder Lira de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4434499456331867Society has come to question, more incisively, the performance of the government and how money is being administered, especially from the first decades of the twenty-first century. For this reason, the Open Government Partnership (OGP) was created, an institution created from an initiative composed of eight countries, whose objective is to promote the opening of data of the Government and its institutions and establish a closer relationship with the citizen through public participation. The objective of the study is to understand how Open Government works and how society can benefit by working together with public management. To achieve the results, research was done on several digital platforms, provided by Federal, State and Municipal Governments. The result obtained with this research showed why the county of Serra Talhada had a grade 10 in the Brazilian Transparency Scale (EBT), while the county of Afogados da Ingazeira obtained a grade of 5.5, and how these results reflect in data disclosure, transparency and in the level of participation in both administrations.
