The resultssuggestthattheremaybe a common elementtoallobservations: Inequality. Thisseemstobecyclical. Thiscanbeobserved in the case of income. The results show thatthelow-income participants are thosewiththelowest scores, whichreducesthe chance oftakingupvacancies in highereducationcoursesat federal orprivatepublicinstitutions. Thisproblem makes thegrowthofhuman capital unfeasible, whichispositivelyrelatedtothe income level.
