Item Educação ambiental para sustentabilidade e o consumo de alimentos agroecológicos no município de Bonito-PE(2020) Souza, Beatriz Pessoa de; Vasconcelos, Gilvânia de Oliveira Silva de; Gervais, Ana Maria Dubeux; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7478606758967006; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3816764037807462; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4811027243678618The present project was developed in a municipal school in the North Strait of Bonito - PE, articulated with the major action of the Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperatives of UFRPE (INCUBACOOP), which has been developing action in the county since 2016. The centrality of actions developed are related to the preservation of natural agroecosystems, as well as to the consumption of healthy and agroecological foods based on agroecology, education for environmental sustainability and solidarity economy. The general objective of the present proposal is to develop environmental education actions in a rural school, in the county of Bonito-PE, considering its socio-environmental characteristics and the work already developed in county by INCUBACOOP / UFRPE, aiming at raising the awareness of teachers, students and school community for the consumption of healthy food and for the agroecological transition on the farmer’s properties / participants in the school community. The proposal was developed through a partnership with the county of Bonito, with the support of the respective secretariats of the Environment and Education, and Coletivo Aimirim. This extension project had a qualitative and participatory methodological basis, and was guided by action research references (THIOLLENT, 1985), (BRANDÃO, 1985), (MORIN, 2004) among others and tools - application of a questionnaire with teachers and students, meeting with student families, exchange and practical activities at school. As a final result, we obtained as a result a greater involvement of youth in themes related to the environment, as well as a broader process of raising awareness among farming families regarding the reduction, or even elimination of the use of pesticides, preserving for food and nutritional sovereignty and security of the region, as well as, a basic formation of the ecological processes of good practices in the social and political praxis, valuing its territory and its local agrobiodiversity.Item Empreendedorismo socioambiental: caracterização em feiras orgânicas e agroecológicas em Recife - PE(2023-09-12) Santos, Thaise de Souza; Silva, Letícia da Costa e; Almeida, José Álvaro Jardim de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7000906501471112; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5662863685960286; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1480851195097790In the current context of growing environmental awareness and the search for more ecologically friendly alternatives, agroecological and organic fairs emerge as crucial spaces to strengthen sustainable agricultural practices and promote entrepreneurship aligned with socio-environmental principles. The concept of socio-environmental entrepreneurship aims to drive innovation, education, and the creation of values committed to socio-environmental development. In light of this, the research seeks to characterize socio-environmental entrepreneurship in organic and agroecological fairs located in Recife, Pernambuco. Five fairs were analyzed, including three agroecological and two organic fairs, using two data collection instruments. Five participant observations were conducted, along with a semi-structured interview with eight market vendors. The collected data were processed in Microsoft Excel for the creation of graphs and in the Atlas.ti program to analyze the content of interviews and observations based on Bardin's content analysis. It was possible to conclude that both classical (Schumpeter, McClelland, Drucker) and contemporary (Julien) entrepreneurship theories, in conjunction with considerations of socio-environmental entrepreneurship, partially contribute to understanding the entrepreneurial process in the studied contexts. Social and political relationships shape the evolution within the fairs, especially in the two oldest fairs (Graças and Boa Viagem). This aspect highlights Ésther's work on the importance of political relationships and history, which are not typically addressed in the literature of the field. Thus, it is concluded that the direct application of entrepreneurship theories is limited in comprehending the processes involving complex interactions among historical, political, organizational, and social factors.
