Item Interações entre sociedade civil e gestão pública: análise da mobilização da União de Mães de Anjos (UMA) frente à Síndrome Congênita do Zika – SCZ (2015-2020)(2022-03-21) Almeida, Higor Araujo de; Bezerra, Gabriella Maria Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8954499933466652; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7546286535731008This monograph aims to analyze the relational panorama between social participation, social innovation initiatives and public policies articulated in civil society, based on the case study of the União de Mães de Anjos - UMA, a group formed in Pernambuco by families of children affected by the Congenital Zika Syndrome – CZS, after an epidemiological outbreak that started in 2015. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, this study has a qualitative approach, with a descriptive character. A bibliographic survey and data analysis from secondary databases were carried out, such as reference materials on this topic, websites of public management institutions, scientific institutions, in addition to the Facebook page of UMA, where its initiatives, demands and experiences were documented. Considering an inter and multidisciplinary approach that works on the main concepts that synthesize the mobilization of civil society together with political society and the State, this study indicates how the integration of civil society initiatives can be institutionalized, contributing to the development of public policies and social programs in a participatory, democratic and innovative way.
