Item Análise da acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência visual e auditiva em redes sociais(2024-10-01) Lima, Thiago Ferreira de; Falcão, Taciana Pontual da Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5706959249737319; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5181649435278623Item Análise de sentimentos em publicações do Stackoverflow(2019-08-22) Santos, Luiz Felipe dos; Trindade, Cleyton Carvalho da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6298429503812388The use of social networks, forums and various media has been growing exponentially, reflecting directly on the amount of data generated on the Internet, a large portion of the data generated, are open and can be accessed and processed. As a result, the possibilities generated by open data have attracted many researchers and companies to extract valuable information about their customers. Information extracted from this mass of data can change the strategy of many companies and people. In computer forums, you can see the same pattern, multiple people interacting and generating various information about information technology and its derivatives. The research will go through the whole cycle of sentiment analysis, data capture on the StackOverflow platform, data processing, natural language processing, algorithm training and classification. In order to show the data processing and classification steps, compare the classification approaches and extract information about the analyzed database. After applying the sentiment analysis cycle, it was possible to compare the results of each classifier and extract information about the analyzed database, about the performance of the unstructured classifiers and the difficulty of working with the language Portuguese database.Item Cancelamento na cultura do consumo: uma revisão bibliográfica(2023-09-22) Nascimento, Marielle Eden Palmeira do; Falcão, Carolina Cavalcanti; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9887570122994623; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9130166609105683In consumer culture, "cancellation" represents an individualistic approach to highlighting mistakes without necessarily instigating changes in the broader societal framework shaped by interactions among users on digital social networks. This study aims to delve into how the phenomenon of cancellation intersects with consumer behavior and its evolution into practices associated with hate speech. To achieve this, we propose conducting a literature review, using a narrative approach, to facilitate a more comprehensive critical analysis and interpretation in knowledge construction. Additionally, we will briefly examine people's reactions to the music video "Strawberry Field" by pop singer Luísa Sonza as an illustrative example of this phenomenon's evolution. From this perspective, cancellation in consumer culture emerges as a confrontational and often violent movement intertwined with elements of hate speech. This trend tends to disproportionately affect women and other marginalized groups in online spaces. Paradoxically, it can also amplify the visibility of the content being targeted, ensuring that artists, brands, and products continue to be at the center of trending discussions, even amidst the presence of haters.Item Classificação automática de discursos de ódio em textos do twitter(2019) Nascimento, Robson Murilo Ferreira do; Souza, Ellen Polliana Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6593918610781356; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8962852253787699Hate Speech can be defined as any communication that denigrates a person by their ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality or other characteristics. This behavior is becoming increasingly common in social networks, where many people confuse freedom of expression with intolerance. Young people are the main users affected since they represent a portion which might be easier to be influenced by the ideology propagated by haters, which in turn spread violence, racism, xenophobia, religious intolerance, etc. The tool that might help to handle this issue is Text Mining, which is capable of capture patterns or trends of texts in natural language. This task can be defined as a method of extracting relevant information in unstructured databases or semi-structured. Given that the Twitter is one of the most used social networks in Brazil, this work aims to implement and evaluate supervised machine learning techniques in order to automatically identify hate speech in tweets. With that in mind, we build a corpus with data collected from Twitter and part of it is manually annotated and subsequently preprocessed so we can obtain the ground truth collection used for training and evaluation of the supervised models. Finally, we conduct a comparison between machine learning algorithms, namely the SVM, Naive-Bayes and Logistic Regression. Later, we identify the best model under the described domain. Based on this relationship, this work aims to: (i) analyze the dynamics of Instagram profiles management aimed at approaching Chemistry, aiming at conceptual discussion, and (ii) evaluate the potential of some publications present in the feeds of these profiles for the learning chemistry concepts. We seek to answer the following research problem: does Instagram have the potential to contribute to the learning of Chemistry? As a theoretical reference, the work addresses three main topics: scientific dissemination, internet and social networks and social networks and the teaching of chemistry, to better understand the role of the scientific disseminator in society, what are the impacts that social networks cause on people and what are the main contributions to the teaching of Chemistry when linked to scientific dissemination and these networks. Then, we present the view of some teachers on the use of social networks in education, in which we realize that they support the use and report the need for training so that networks are properly considered, so that they can contribute to teaching. . The methodology follows a qualitative approach and is divided into four stages, namely: selection of profiles to be analyzed, questionnaires with those responsible for the profiles, analysis of the last twenty publications of each profile, bringing a detailed discussion of how their publications contribute to the Chemistry learning, and, finally, a general analysis, in order to compare and indicate how each one can be used in the learning process. Seven profiles that address Chemistry on Instagram were selected, and in four of them, we obtained answers to the questionnaire. From the analysis, we can understand how profiles are managed, what are their main motivations, difficulties and the process of preparing publications, based on the perceptions that each profile has of the preferences of its followers. Then, we analyzed the last twenty publications of each profile and it was possible to conclude that the analyzed profiles have the potential to contribute to the learning process. We point out, in the stage of general analysis of the profiles, how publications can be used in Chemistry classes, considering the possibilities of reviewing concepts, curiosities that relate Chemistry and everyday life, and the use of "memes" for moments of playfulness in the classroom. Chemistry classes. Finally, we conclude that Instagram has the potential to contribute to the learning of Chemistry, however, for this and other social networks to be used, it is necessary to work with teachers on the means for such use, aiming at a qualification for the use of networks in education.Item Investigação do direcionamento do mercado por meio dos motores de busca(2023-04-28) Campelo Neto, Geraldo de Oliveira; Rocha, Maria Alice Vasconcelos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6818128111009316The purpose of this article is to investigate how companies use search engines to target the market, exploring the main strategies used and the results obtained.
