The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has caused significant impacts on all layers of the population, with special attention to its effects on the educational environment. Therefore, from the perspective of contemporary history, this work investigates the implications of the rapid adoption of digital technologies in two schools focused on basic education located in Cacimbinha and Bonita de Fora, in the municipality of São João do Tigre, Paraíba, as part of the impacts imposed by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic (2020-2022). The study is structured in two chapters and aims to explore the technological demand in basic education, highlighting the role played by the management of the Pedro Bezerra Filho School in the district of Cacimbinha and the Semeão Monteiro da Costa School in the Bonita de Fora area, rural zone of the aforementioned municipality. It seeks to discuss the use of digital technologies in the educational environment of an inland area in Paraíba and the difficulties and challenges faced by managers, teachers, and students. It also investigates the social and educational impacts on the mentioned schools, considering the students' perception of their experiences and the challenges faced in their formative processes in the pandemic context. Methodologically, the work was guided by the qualitative approach to quantitative data, which was collected through a questionnaire applied to students from both schools covered in this study. The interview technique was also used, following the methodological perspective of Oral History. The results obtained show similarities in the challenges faced by managers, teachers, and students in the educational spaces during the researched period. These results guide towards contributing to reflections on digital accessibility in the basic education school environment, with a special focus on the predominantly rural student population from the areas of Cacimbinha and Bonita de Fora in the semi-arid region of Paraíba.

This research aims to discuss structural problems in the work of art educators, without specific training, with a view to reflecting on the impacts on Basic Education. Based on these impacts, teaching methodologies were investigated that discuss problems regarding the training of art educators, the lack of interest of public bodies in teaching visual arts and hiring them, and the lack of teachers licensed in the arts. The methodological procedure adopted consisted of qualitative research using instruments in the form of structured interviews, there were questions from the interviewees, thus, a semi-structured interview was used, which left the interviewees at ease and had greater scope in the proposed results. The interviews were with managers or pedagogues, teachers, in three schools (one state, one municipal and one private) in the city of Petrolina-PE, addressing questions directed to the research objectives, as an investigative way so that we can provoke public authorities, society , teachers for this lack of arts teachers in basic education, as art has the power to develop the potential of human knowledge at all stages of life. To support the research, theories of assumptions such as Ribeiro (1993) and Pinto (2015), Barbosa (1989), Moura and Rocha (2010) and the BNCC (2018), Vieira, Gonçalves, Henrique (2018), Oppitz ( 2017), Lippo (2021). The assumptions raise questions relevant to those addressed in the research. These were the data collected in the interviews: untrained arts teachers teaching classes, lack of public competition, devaluation of arts professionals, arts classes as a complement to other subjects or a “filler”.

This research has the objective of analyzing teachers’ perceptions about audiovisual production projects and activities in Arts lessons in primary and secondary education, based on discussion of aspects related to audiovisual production projects and activities and the development of instrument for evaluation of teachers’ perceptions in context of Arts lessons in primary and secondary education. The theoretical framework addresses discussions about audiovisual production projects and activities in Arts lessons, with emphasis on the importance of teacher education, the benefits of about audiovisual production projects and activities and the teaching competencies needed for conducting these projects and activities. Methodological procedures consisted in the development and application of a survey to 30 Arts primary and secondary education teachers in the state of Pernambuco, Brazil. Data obtained point to the need for continuing education addressing the field of audiovisual production. Results and discussions present considerations for the execution of audiovisual projects in primary and secondary education Arts lessons.

In this research paper we present some technological solutions and learning theories for a technologically digital education. We have shown that education can accompany and appropriate technologies, aligning formal education with the social and temporal context, allowing for a more meaningful teaching and learning process, taking care not to transform technology-based education into technical education, dissociated from context and meaning for the students. Having the constructionist approach defended by educators like Seymour Papert, who proposed and developed a theory derived from constructionism called constructivism, having instrumentalized his ideas by developing, together with other researchers, a programming language that provides a technological learning for the understanding of programming. computers by children in a critical and constructivist manner. Thus, we describe some tools based on the original ideas of Seymour Papert and his technological developments. These tools use block visual languages to build multimedia-enabled programs, making games possible or building mobile applications. We have come up with a commercial solution for educational robotics application called Lego Mindstorms EV3. We depart from the theoretical approach and carry out a case study that demonstrates the application of educational robotics to the teaching of programming logic using visual block programming applied to students of the 5th gradeof elementary school, demonstrating the proposed challenges, the respective results achieved by the students. , as well as participants' perceptions, describing their feedback, which may be an important report for improvements in the application of programming classes with educational robotics and future work. Thus, in this work an exploratory research was carried out demonstrating the main tools for the teaching of programming logic that use a visual approach in programming blocks, being defined a technological education tool that allowed the creation of robotic structures that can be programmed and practical experiments, providing a theoretical and practical approach to teaching and learning programming logic.
