Item Depressão pós-parto: uma revisão bibliográfica(2021-03-02) Morais Júnior, Evaldo José Genuíno de; Gomes Júnior, Plínio Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4037196872253452; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2741878121129887Postpartum depression (PPD) is a mood disorder that the mother usually presents in the first weeks after the baby's birth caused by several subjective, psychosocial and biological factors. Thus, the present study aboard a literature review, dealing comprehensively, with depression and describing important aspects of PPD such as prevention, intervention programs and how to support mothers who suffer from the disease. These elements were collected in bibliographic databases such as: SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), VHL (Virtual Health Library), Portal CAPES and Pubmed. They were selected through articles, scientific journals, dissertations and national and international theses published in the last 20 years, between 2000 and 2020. The authors are unanimous when they warn that mental health problems are increasingly causing morbidity and mortality all over the world. Here in Brazil, the average estimate is that 25% of the cases with symptoms of depression among mothers, occurs within 6 to 18 months of the baby's birth. Given this scenario, we emphasize the importance of addressing the theme of depression since this psychological impact is more common among women, increasing the risk of developing depressive conditions twice as high as among menItem Coccidioidomicose no Brasil - uma revisão de literatura(2019) Santos, Cíntia Caline Bezerra dos; Costa, Cynthia Maria Carneiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9859547718446795; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2020390255494913Coccidioidomycosis (CMD) is a disease caused by Coccidioides immitis or Coccidioides posadasii and is associated with agricultural and hunting activities. These fungi preferentially inhabit regions of desert climates, produce infectious arthoconidia in the soil that can be aerosolized in the air and, when inhaled by humans, can cause systemic infections. Thus, the present study presents a literature review on coccidioidomycosis, addressing important aspects of the disease such as: characterization of the pathogen, epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment, as well as describing the history of this pathology in Brazil. Its elaboration was made possible through the use of national and international publications of articles, scientific journals, dissertations and theses in bibliographic databases such as: SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), VHL (Virtual Health Library), Portal CAPES and Pubmed, published in the last 30 years, from 1989 to 2019. Coccidioidomycosis is considered a public health issue, as it has a difficult diagnosis and treatment that is often nonspecific and is often confused with other respiratory diseases, wich can lead the patient to death. In 2018, Pernambuco had its first case of CMD reported in scientific literature in the municipality of Serra Talhada. Until 2007, cases of CMD were registered only in four northeastern states (Ceará, Piauí, Bahia and Maranhão).
