    Panorama dos estudos sobre avaliação do bem-estar emocional dos técnicos de enfermagem desde o contexto da pandemia

    É de conhecimento geral, que a pandemia do COVID-19 representou um momento histórico na história do ser humano. Uma emergência sanitária como essa a muito não havia sido vivenciada, levando a um grande número de óbitos e ainda mais de sequelas emocionais. Objetivamos avaliar o bem-estar emocional do profissional de saúde, com foco no contexto pós-pandemia. Enfatizando a apresentação da evolução dos estudos relativos ao tema, identificando os principais aspectos no intuito de apresentar uma síntese dos estudos e buscar orientar a construção de estudos futuros relativos à temática. Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática sobre os temas, iniciado pela seleção dos descritores mais adequados a pesquisa, seguido pela seleção das bases de dados, sendo selecionados trabalhos cujo conteúdo se adequasse aos critérios estipulados dentro dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão. A partir disso, formou-se o portfólio da pesquisa, utilizando essa ferramenta na análise e desenvolvimento do trabalho, o mesmo foi organizado de forma a conter vários aspectos pertinentes, como: base de dados, título, ano, autores principais e secundários, instituições dos autores, periódico responsável pela publicação, metodologia utilizada, resultados e perspectivas para futuros estudos. Referente ao alcance dos objetivos, concluímos que muitos são os aspectos que carecem de atenção, mas que é fundamental o acompanhamento na gestão da equipe, a fim de realizar uma prestação de serviço de qualidade por parte dos colaboradores. No tocante ao bem estar emocional dos técnicos de enfermagem, apontamos uma rápida tomada de decisão por parte dos gestores, bem como um extremo esforço físico no combate na linha de frente. Seguido por um acompanhamento farmacêutico e profissional. Por fim, podemos evidenciar dois aspectos relevantes no tocante aos eventos subsequentes. Planos de contingência com a finalidade de minimizar os impactos sobre a gestão e os setores. E um acompanhamento psicológico regular dos técnicos de enfermagem, buscando proporcionar melhores condições de trabalho e consequentemente, uma prestação de serviço correspondente. O estudo teve suas limitações devido a ausência de mais estudos continuados que contemplassem o tema. Sugere-se pesquisar em outras bases de dados nacionais e internacionais, utilizando descritores mais abrangentes, bem como propõe-se uma agenda de pesquisa para o tema.

    Fomento à gestão da tecnologia da informação e comunicação no contexto educacional durante a pandemia da COVID-19 na esfera municipal

    Information and Communication Technologies are tools that can help in the development of pedagogical activities in the educational environment. The objective of this research was to investigate which actions were proposed by the Union for the management of Information and Communication Technologies in the municipal educational context during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research had a qualitative basis with documentary investigative character, the data obtained were of secondary order and examined with the technique of content analysis. The results revealed that the recommendations of information and communication technologies for municipal educational management were focused on planning the replacement of the school calendar workload at the end of the pandemic. With regard to the use of Information and Communication Technologies in Early Childhood Education, it was restricted to reading activity with digital means when possible. In the case of all years of elementary school, the suggestions of Information and Communication Technologies were related to the use of digital media and platforms, synchronous and asynchronous activities, in addition to the use of social media. It was concluded with this research that the stimulus to the management of Information and Communication Technologies for the municipal educational sphere had an optional character for school management; incentive for some activities in digital environment in Early Childhood Education, when possible; and breadth of use of Information and Communication Technologies in Elementary School.

    Controle social em tempos de pandemia da COVID-19 no município de Arcoverde-PE

    Social control can be understood as a form of social participation in the supervision of the actions of political and social actors, in the use and use of public resources. The objective of this research was to investigate how budget actions were carried out in the municipality of Arcoverde-PE, during the covid-19 pandemic period, referring to 2021. The methodological procedures were based on the quali-quantitative approach of research, the data were of secondary order and obtained from the Transparency Portal of the Federal Government, and the data analysis was based on content analysis and frequency distribution analysis. The results revealed that arcoverdense budget actions in 2021 occurred as follows: the highest frequency of financial transactions was related to three budget actions linked to the program "Direct Money at School for Basic Education"; the main movements of financial transfers were "legal, voluntary and specific" transfers; the most favored with municipal transfers were public funds; and the highest amount transferred to the municipality had no identification of the expenditure element. It was concluded with the research that the budgetary actions carried out in the municipality of Arcoverde-PE in 2021 and arranged in the Transparency Portal of the Federal Government were aimed at meeting the needs of arcoverdense society, because they are related to municipal management programs, even to cope with the public health emergency of international importance resulting from Coronavirus; and it was perceived the existence of budgetary actions without elements of expenditure.

    Um estudo sobre o uso das tecnologias da informação e comunicação no ensino infantil durante a pandemia de Covid-19 no município de Solidão-PE

    The Covid-19 pandemic struck the world, negatively affecting people's lives, causing fear, disease, death, and various problems in society. As a protective measure, social withdrawal was adopted to combat the spread of this disease. Due to these restrictions, the educational system has sought alternatives to not only protect professionals and students, but also to maintain school ties and promote education, even if remotely. This research aimed to find out how Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) contributed to the teaching process in a public infant school in the city of Solidão-PE. It sought to identify the technological means used by the teachers in their classes, to verify the main difficulties encountered, as well as the training for the use of technology in the classes. The theoretical framework included discussions about remote teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of ICTs in education, and early childhood education, among others. The methodological procedures adopted consisted of a survey with the teachers of the school, using as a means of data collection a questionnaire, prepared in google forms with open and closed questions. The data obtained indicate that the main difficulty for remote teaching is the difficult access to the internet and to technological equipment by the students. However, despite the difficulties, 75% of the teachers stated that they obtained positive feedback in their classes. Based on the results and discussions presented, education mediated by ICTs is a reality, which brings a great contribution to teaching, since it speeds up the communication process, but the need for inclusion of technological means is urgent, especially for the poorer classes. Thus, digital inclusion must be encouraged for everyone, and teachers must be valued through continuing education with emphasis on digital media and technology and receiving a stipend for the purchase of technological equipment and Internet access.
