    Studies on ethnic-racial issues within Brazilian education have been progressing more and more, presenting unknown realities, denouncing practices of silencing, allowing significant reflections on the educational scenario of quilombola individuals and communities, making possible contributions to Social Science. Currently, Quilombola Education is part of the right to education through the institutionalization of the modality, whose organization respects, acknowledges and reaffirms the specificities of the subjects, in the sense of seeking to promote an education against racial inequalities, against forms of racism and prejudice, finally, against the myth of racial democracy. The study presented here is related to the author's Course Conclusion Paper, which proposed to study the educational scenario of the quilombola communities of the municipality of Bom Conselho-PE in the field of management, adopting the School's Political Pedagogical Projects as one of the main sources of analysis, followed by semi-structured interviews in which the participating subjects are heard as citizens of rights, so as to analyze in the Political Projects Pedagogues of the quilombola schools the actions focused on the ethnic specificities of the groups, as a right to a differentiated Education, capable of ending with the educational inequalities that for years made access, permanence and success difficult for quilombola students in Brazil. We chose the qualitative approach (LUDKE; ANDRÉ, 2012) and the documented documentary field research, which consists of taking as the main data collection the official and unofficial documents, in order to investigate them in the search for data that respond to the objectives. The results pointed out the diagnosis of the educational situation of quilombola schools, the impasses, convergences and divergences experienced by the communities in the search for the enjoyment of their rights, the performance of the educational management of the municipality towards Quilombola Education, as well as enabled us to point out some issues to be considered both with respect to the educational laws that deal with the said modality of education and in the process of assimilationism that made / forms part of the structuring and formation of the Brazilian society.

    A formação da sociedade do cansaço: uma reflexão sobre a educação a partir de uma escola pública de Recife

    Havin in sight the alarming number of young students from Recife nowadays with psychic problems, like depression, anxiety, Burnout syndrome etc. The present work aims to analyze if it’s possible to estabilish a direct relationship between the socialization made by the education with the increanse in the rate of psychic disorders of this population. Does the current educational model exert neuronal violence in young people? If so, in what ways this violence is exercised? And what are the consequences of this violence? To verify the truth of the thesis and answer these questions, a field research was made using questionnaires and interviews with students and former students with the purpose of collecting data to be analyzed and support a theoretical discussion capable of verifying this thesis. It is concluded that it’s possible to estabilish a relationship between education and the population’s psychic illness insofar as it internalizes values and routines that throws the individual in a life full of neuronal violences that contribute to the formation of psychic problems.

    Esta monografia busca realizar uma análise através do método de diferenças e diferenças, levando em considerações os efeitos das extensões das políticas públicas do Programa de Aprendizagem na Idade Certa, com foco no MAIS PAIC, no nível de aprendizagem. Utilizou-se como base os dados e resultados do IDeA, índice de desigualdades e aprendizagens, além de informações detalhadas dos municípios e estrutura das escolas públicas de cada um deles. Para a elaboração da base de dados e resultados foram considerados os resultados da prova de matemática do 9º ano do ensino fundamental, considerando a tríade de prova dos anos de 2013 e 2017, conforme elaboração pelo IDeA.

    Relações de poder na educação: o Movimento Escola sem Partido e a Lei 4.432/2017 no município de Garanhuns

    Esta investigación problematiza las relaciones de poder en el contexto político actual de la educación brasileña, a partir del Movimiento Escola Sem Partido en la forma del proyecto de ley (PL) No. 7.180 de 2014, que propone su establecimiento en la Ley de Directrices y Bases de la educación nacional; y la Ley Garanhuns No. 4.432 / 2017, que prohíbe cualquier disciplina que discuta la "ideología de género" en el plan de estudios. La investigación tiene como objetivo recurrir a la realidad local, relacionarla con el contexto macro y comprenderla a la luz de los grandes teóricos. En el cual el objetivo general es analizar, con base en esa Ley, cómo el gobierno municipal de Garanhuns entiende la función social de la educación, y las específicas: (a) entender desde el Movimiento Escuela Sin Partido, el proceso de utilizar la educación como reproducir una ideología que se opone a los principios constitucionales; y (b) reflejar lo que se espera de la sociedad con la prohibición de ofrecer estas discusiones, considerando su papel participativo en las decisiones colectivas. La investigación fue de naturaleza documental y sus resultados denuncian la acción conservadora y preventiva de la municipalidad, al privar a una disciplina que nunca existió, al demostrar ignorancia sobre el tema "género" y descuidar la oferta de una discusión latente en la sociedad.

    The present work aimed to analyze the relationships between human development, school education and physical education. Specifically, it was intended to analyze how the School Education and Education can promote Human Development from a historical cultural perspective and export as an organization of Physical Education teaching from a Critical-overcoming perspective can contribute to the student's historical-cultural development. This is a qualitative bibliographic research, which uses a bibliographic research as a data collection technique, conducting a survey of knowledge productions on themes related to School Education, Physical Education and Critical-overcoming teaching approach, making a relationship with the human development process of the students / students. An example of these themes was the Authors' Collective, Leontiev, Marsiglia, Pasqualini, among other productions and authors, with historical-dialectical material as the basis for explanations. The conclusions of the work pointed to the Historical-Critical Pedagogical Theory, from the perspective of Historical-Cultural Psychology and Physical Education in Critical-Overcoming Teaching Education Contribute to the Events School Education or the Most Humanized Student, through a Logical Organization and Systematized teaching and that is appropriate to the reality of the student's life. It also came to the conclusion that curriculum is the pillar, one of the main elements of the school in its role in education, to develop a humanity of students.

    "A volta dos que não foram": uma avaliação da política de atendimento aos egressos da FUNASE

    The main objective of this work is the evaluation of the policy of attending the former inmates of FUNASE - Projeto Novas Oportunidades (New Opportunities Project). To this end, it will be presented the course of legislation aimed at young people in conflict with the law, until the creation of the ECA and the Public Policies focused on the Socio-educational System and Youth. In order to base the evaluation of public policies, we will demonstrate the theories that deal with this subject, and the methods used in it. Through the theoretical revision, a survey will be presented on the policies of attendance to the graduates of the socio-educational system in the country. In order to reach the objective of this study, a qualitative and quantitative perspective was taken, based on interviews with the team of the New Opportunities Project and with some young participants, in addition to ex post evaluation, through demonstration of goals and results of the Project, between its first three years of operation (2014 - 2017). At the end of the research, it will be possible to reach to a point of understanding of the scarcity of the implementation of social policies aimedat young people in conflict with the law upon their return to freedom, as well as elucidate the specific reality of the policy of attention to the former inmates of the socio-educational system in Pernambuco, the results achieved, as well as the lack of investment and its notorious need for expansion.
