Based on this premise, there are some didactic strategies that aim to guide students to use technological resources, such as the internet, in the learning process, including FlexQuest. In this sense, the present study aimed to produce a FlexQuest aimed at teaching astrobiology based on the principle of the Theory of Meaningful Learning. The intervention was divided into two meetings, totaling 4 hours/class. The research was applied at ECITE Luiz Gonzaga Burity, in the municipality of Ingá, State of Paraíba, for 2nd grade high school students. The result of the FlexQuest application developed was carried out in the light of the analysis of pre- and post-test questionnaires, to categorize students' knowledge and map possible changes in their learning. By analyzing the questionnaires, it can be inferred that the proposal developed provided the students with a better performance. In this way, FlexQuest was a didactic resource that contributed to the construction of knowledge in Basic Education students through potentially significant learning.
