However, ensuring efficient and safe transportation is a major challenge as technical aspects are often overlooked. Given this, a technical collaboration is essential to choose the routes and stops to better meet the demands of students living in the urban area of the city. Within this context, the objective of this work was to promote a qualification of the distribution of itineraries and stopping points of UFRPE / UAST university public transport. The project was developed in the municipality of Serra Talhada - PE, during 2019, through seven stages. Such steps include research on university transportation of the Serra Talhada - PE academic unit, physical recognition of bus routes and stops by means of satellite navigation system (Global Navigation Satellite System - GNSS), application of georeferencing techniques using the software. Quantum GIS (QGIS) for analysis and proposition of new routes, map making, Web Map making. With the development of the project was obtained an improvement of the routes and stops, through the elaboration of maps and web map, thus bringing a significant improvement to the university transportation of UFRPE / UAST.Item Larvicultura de tilápia do Nilo Oreochromis niloticus (Linnaeus, 1758) submetido a dietas com diferentes níveis protéicos com tecnologia de biofloco(2019-12-06) Gaia, Maria Aparecida Alves; Silva, Ugo Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1858876631961029; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9485827629034373The objective of this study was to evaluate the use of diets with different protein levels during Nile tilapia larviculture cultivated with biofloc technology. The experiment with larviculture was carried out at the Laboratory of Experimentation of Aquatic Organisms of the Serra Talhada Academic Unit (UFRPE / UAST), during 28 days. A completely randomized design with five treatments with diets containing different concentrations of 30PD digestible protein was adopted; 34PD; 38 PD; 42PD and 46PD, with four repetitions. Twenty circular fiberglass experimental tanks with a useful volume of 1000 L of water were used, and 200 L of water were used in the experiment for the cultivation of Nile tilapia larva (O. niloticus) in biofloc technology. The larvae were fed 6 times a day. To maintain the C: N ratio, 15: 1 was fertilized daily with molasses. Physical and chemical variables of water quality were monitored throughout the cultivation. The zootechnical performance of the larvae was evaluated through the variables final weight (g), survival (%), apparent feed conversion factor (FCA), TBI (%. day-1), and daily weight gain (mg day -1). Based on the study results, the zootechnical performance variables did not present significant differences (p> 0.05), however, it was observed that in a biofloc system a protein level below that required by the larvae of 38% of digestible protein presented favorable data for the. cultivation of nile tilapia larva. The results by the water quality analysis showed that the treatments with the different protein levels did not present significant difference in the water quality (p> 0,05). Given the study it was possible to realize that it is possible to cultivate Nile tilapia larvae (oreochromes niloticus) using 30% digestible protein diets in a culture system using biofloc technology.Item Produção de camarão Litopenaeus vannamei (Boone, 1931) com tecnologia de biofloco na empresa maricultura cutia, Pedra Grande, RN(2019-11-21) Gaia, Maria Aparecida Alves; Silva, Ugo Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1858876631961029; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9485827629034373Biofloc technology is prominent in aquaculture as it is a more effective system that targets high stocking densities of aquatic organisms with little or no water renewal. The purpose of this report was to learn about the infrastructure needed for the production of Litopenaeus vannamei marine shrimp with biofloc technology from Maricultura Cutia Ltda, located in the city of Pedra Grande, Rio Grande do Norte. The cultivation of Nile tilapia larvae in bioflake technology was carried out at the Aquatic Organisms Experimentation Laboratory (LEOA), of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), during the period of 28 days. A completely randomized design was adopted with three treatments: bioflake and feed (BFT), clear water with feed (ACD) and non-feed bioflake (BFTs), with four replications per treatment. We used 12 tanks with a useful volume of 15 L of water. Larvae with initial weight 0.001 g were fed ration formulated according to the requirement for the species and processed in the LIONA, with a trawling frequency of 6 times a day and feeding rate of 10 of biomass. Fertilization stemming from daily molasses was performed to maintain the 15:1 (C:N) ratio. L-1), conductivity (S. cm-1), salinity (g L-1), pH, total dissolved solids, total ammoniacal nitrogen (N-NAT), nitrite (N-NO2), nitrate (N-NO3), inorganic phosphate (P-PO4), turbidity, sedimentable solids (SS) and alkalinity. Zootechnical performance of larvae was evaluated using the variables final weight (mg), survival (), apparent feed conversion factor (FCA), TCA (/ day), and condition factor (K). In the observation of the difference between treatments according to the decriminalanalysis of correct allocation of the group that was 96.80 with P < 0.0001. The best results were achieved in bft and acd treatments, when compared to bioflake without feed. Bioflake technology is a good alternative for the cultivation of nile tilapia larva, allowing the reduction of feed use, since productive performance was similar to the treatment that used clear water and feed.Item Uso do sensoriamento remoto para o monitoramento hídrico da Barragem de Serrinha II no Semiárido Pernambucano(2019) Carvalho, Wilson dos Anjos; Bezerra, Alan Cezar; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3690303625468223; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4645802692572927The semiarid region is a place that suffers great water shortages, with evaporation rates high and irregular precipitation during the year. This causes a water deficit for the area. This shows a large number of reservoirs built for water storage during the dry season. With all this problematic that studies on the evaporative rates are of great importance for better management of the water resources. The objective of this work is to estimate the water loss using remote sensing between the years of 2012 and 2018 in the Serrinha II reservoir. The study area is located in the Pajeú River basin, with a capacity of 311.000.000 m3 . To obtain orbital data, it used the United States Geological Survey (USGS) platform. These data were geoprocessed in the GIS environment using Qgis 2.18 Las Palmas software. The meteorological information was acquired in the station of Floresta and being worked in Excel. Evaluating the orbital data compared to the evaporative method of Kohler and Parmale (1967), which was the model that stood out statistically. He verified that in the period of 2012 the season of soft drought the reservoir still has a very significant concentration due to the fact of the drought is in the beginning therefore a great concentration in the reservoir. In the year 2013 to 2017 there is a significant reduction from 1.520.100 to only 313.650 ha. In this way it observes that the prolonged drought period significantly decreases the quantity of the water body. Raising the weir area of Serrinha II for the year 2018, with approximately 684.450 ha. Generating a 29,58% increase in the useful volume of the reservoir in the period of 2012. Indices were very high for the region, since it is the semiarid, directly influencing the reduction of the water body. Thus the use of remote sensing is efficient to make a study over time, analyzing periods of rain and drought that have greatly influenced the reservoir.Item Acompanhamento e relato das atividades desenvolvidas no Laboratório de Experimentação de Organismos Aquáticos(2019) Santos, Wagner Soares; Falcon, Dario Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9816735154471425Item Acompanhamento das atividades de beneficiamento na empresa Compescal – Comércio de pescado aracatiense Ltda(2019) Amaral, Rosanne Maria dos Santos; Nunes, Diogo Martins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0407093177034625The objective of this work is to report all the activities carried out in the Obligatory Supervised Internship (ESO), in the fish processing company COMPESCAL - COMÉRCIO DE PESCADO ARACATIENSE LTDA, located in the city of AracatiCE, in the months of May and June 2019.
