Item Compreendendo a importância do marketing nos empreendimentos de aquicultura(2022-05-30) Nogueira, Denise de Barros; Silva, Ugo Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1858876631961029; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4846729856694660Aquaculture is an activity that has been on the rise in recent years, however, the need for changes to allow this growth to be socially, economically and environmentally visible. During the critical periods of the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 (SARSCoV-2) virus, aquaculture as well as other sectors were affected and entrepreneurs needed to change strategies to remain effective within the market. Marketing strategies in turn have been significant in directing how to best conduct the enterprise. This study had as its main objective to understand the influence of marketing within aquaculture enterprises. The present work was developed in two stages, the first a literature review in databases, and the second was the application of a questionnaire aimed at aquaculture entrepreneurs. Most of the papers included in this study were published 17.6% in 2006 (3 studies), 17.6% in 2019 (3 studies), 11.8% in 2011 (2 studies), and 11.8% in 2017 (2 studies). During the pandemic 90.9% responded that they needed to update on social networks, WhatsApp being the main network used by all. Finally, the importance of disciplines, courses, and workshops on marketing in aquaculture enterprises is highlighted, so that future professionals can have a basis when entering the job market.Item Análise do beneficiamento do camarão (Litopenaeus Vannamei, Bonne 1931) inteiro (Head-on) e sem cabeça (Head-less) congelados em bloco em uma empresa de beneficiamento brasileira(2019) Amaral, Rosanne Maria dos Santos; Nunes, Diogo Martins; Véras, Drausio Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7132031218581637; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0407093177034625Fish generally goes through several procedures before being marketed and some rules must be followed in a processing company. In this work, we aimed to describe and analyze some steps that occur in the production chain of gray shrimp cultivated before and during processing. The description of the species biology, harvesting activity, product quality in the company, equipment / utensil hygiene, that is, the whole process from reception to shipment of the final product was observed. Additionally, laboratory analyzes such as shrimp resistance test, shrimp tasting test, chlorine level analysis and water pH at the fish processing company were performed and other analyzes to complement the study. As a result, it was observed that the processing of food products such as shrimp enables practicality and easy handling in preparation for consumption, as well as the conservation of the product for a longer period.Item Produção de alevinos de tilapia do nilo Oreochromis niloticus (Linnaeus, 1758) na empresa AAT International, Paulo Afonso, BA(2018) Santos, Jorge Luiz da Silva; Silva, Ugo Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1858876631961029; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3650685131155739Aquaculture is the fastest growing food industry in the world. With a production in Brazil of 562,500 tons in 2014, being the 14th largest producer in the world. The objective of this work was to identify the necessary infrastructure for the production of tilapia from AAT international Ltda, located in the city of Paulo Afonso, Bahia, the company is focused on the production of tilapia juveniles and juveniles. The stage took place from October 15 to December 26, 2018, during which time it was possible to follow the routines and the necessary infrastructure for aquaculture production, thus handling during the whole production phase, from the collection of eggs, asepsisof eggscollection, transfers to the various sectors that the company has, methods of classification, control of diseases and medicines and strategies used during cultivation. The experiences and knowledge acquired during the internship gave me a professional maturity and a better understanding of the theoretical knowledge applied in practice.Item Cultivo de tilápia do Nilo (Oreochromis niloticus) em tanques rede, na Aquicultura JE, Malhada Grande - Bahia(2018) Coêlho, Aureni Pereira; Silva, Ugo Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1858876631961029; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8354389878126055This work describes the activities developed in the aquaculture fishery sector in aquaculture JE in the Malhada Grande Village, Paulo Afonso, BA. The cultivated species was the Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), the main species cultivated in the region and in Brazil. The internship was held during the period from June 1 to August 10, 2018, with a total workload of 300 hours. The activities developed were: monitoring of the facilities and maintenance of the tanks network; acquisition, acclimatization and settlement of fingerlings and juveniles; production and food management; biometric evaluation and expenditure. Fifteen tanks were harvested with pockets of 5 m3 and 4 mm mesh, containing 2.400 alevins with an average weight of 6 g. The realization of the settlement occurred early in the morning in an attempt to cause minimal stress to the animal. To prevent disease, a pre-release salt bath containing 5 to 10 g of salt per liter of water was performed. The biometric analyzes carried out during the cultivation occurred on a bi-weekly basis, in the classification process, pre-harvesting, or occasionally when irregularity was observed in the consumption of food. The data obtained served to regulate the amount of ration to be offered. The fingerlings (6 - 50 g) were fed every hour. When juveniles were fed, regardless of the mean weight, four times a day. Expenditure was started, which the fish were removed from the tanks with the aid of puçás after lifting on the raft and retraction of the screen, reducing the space and providing the removal of the animals faster. The animals were weighed, weighed until the desired amount was reached, and then the animals were placed in a ice-cold water box for hypothermia. Then in the fish box are added ice / fish / ice to ensure a good quality of freshness of the animal during transport. This stage was important to build new knowledge and put into practice the knowledge acquired throughout the academy, which was previously only theoretical.Item Berçário e engorda do camarão marinho Litopenaeus vannamei(Boone, 1931) na fazenda Camar Aquamaris, João Pessoa-PB(2018) Barbosa, Maria Mirele Nogueira; Campello, Juliana Maria Aderaldo Vidal; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4644906989773828; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2182975590517214Aquaculture, an activity responsible for the cultivation of aquatic organisms, arises with great potential to supply food demand in the face of population growth. Among the activities of aquaculture production, shrimp farming is one of the most important, with Litopenaeus vannamei being the most cultivated in Brazil, mainly in the Northeast region. Thus, the objective of this work was to experience and analyze the productive process of the cradle and fattening phases of the marine shrimp at Camar Camaramar Fazenda Camar Aquamaris, located in the city of João Pessoa -PB. It is possible to know the sectors of the farm, as well as the stages of production, among them the acquisition of post-larvae, preparation and management of nursery tanks, settlement, food management, monitoring of the physical-chemical parameters of water quality and the nursery tanks, as well as conducting an experiment with the use of bioremediation in the nursery stage. In the stage of fattening it was possible to follow the preparation of nursery, settlement, food management, biometrics, until the final phase of the nursery expenses. The experience on the farm made it possible to increase the knowledge about the practices involved in shrimp farming, especially in the nursery and fattening phase of the marine shrimp, providing a more technical and practical vision experienced in a shrimp farm, allowing personal and professionalItem Qualidade da água e reuso em experimentos aquícolas com tecnologia de biofloco(2018) Coêlho, Aureni Pereira; Silva, Ugo Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1858876631961029; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8354389878126055The present study evaluated the reuse of water in four different experiments, where the first and second experiments were carried out with tilapia culture and third and fourth experiment with marine shrimp, respectively, with biofloc technology (BFT) in the raising and fattening stages of tilapia of the Nile (Oreochromis niloticus). Nursery and juvenile shrimp production (Litopenaeus vannamei). Water collection and analysis were carried outat the Laboratory of Experimentation with Aquatic Organisms at the facilities of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco at the Serra Talhada Academic Unit in Serra Talhada, PE, Brazil. In the experiments with Nile tilapia were used 4 circular tanks ofglass fiber with capacity of 1000L with useful volume of 800L. In the experiments with marine shrimp, 4 circular polyethylene tanks with a capacity of 20L and a useful volume of 15L were used. Water quality was analyzed based on temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, and salinity. For the water analysis, total ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, alkalinity and total suspended solids were also monitored. The data were statistically analyzed at a significance level of 5%. All the physical-chemical variables presented significant difference after their reuse, with the exception of ammonia. The reuse of the water presented chemical modifications throughout its uses. However, it can be concluded that it is possible to re-use it in other crops with very small replenishments, provided that there is adequate monitoring and management throughout the crop so that the physicochemical and biological variables of the water remain in line with that recommended for the species.Item Acompanhamento da produção piscícola de Tilápia do Nilo (Oreochromis niloticus) em tanques-redes no município de Glória -BA(2018) Silva, Allysson Winick da; Mendes, Renata Akemi Shinozaki; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2026358226342858; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7136721430965280This report describes the development of the activities carried out at the Itaparica Fish Farm, located in Glória, Bahia, as well as elucidating the importance of each stage.
