Item Alimentos alternativos utilizados na cunicultura(2019-01-15) Silva, Gisele Rafaela Ferreira da; Cavalcante, Danilo Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6476444073756661; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5330768032093881A balanced feed allows the animal to achieve good performance results and good carcass yield, with reduction in body fat deposition. Feeding represents the highest costs for raising rabbits. This is mainly due to the fact that the conventional ingredients used in formulating rations for these animals are foods for humans, such as corn and soybean. Alternative foods are being extensively studied so they can partially or totally replace the conventional ingredients. These ingredients are classified according to their protein, energetic and fiber levels. The objective of this study was to review the literature on the main alternative foods used in rabbit feeding.Item Avaliação da qualidade de ovos de galinhas caipiras, criadas em sistema cage free, armazenados em temperatura ambiente e refrigerados(2019-12-12) Catão, Ramon Correia; Cavalcante, Danilo Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6476444073756661; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8611155810158567Item Impacto da utilização da parede celular de levedura Saccharomyces cerevisae sobre o desempenho e morfologia intestinal de frangos de corte(2019-07-08) Pequeno, Danilo André dos Santos; Cavalcante, Danilo Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6476444073756661; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3456145067647198Faced with a search for healthier food, a consummate population is beginning to restrict the purchase of meat from poultry fed diets containing antibiotics due to the emergence of resistant bacterial species. In view of this scenario emerges as an alternative to prebiotics, which are biologically safe compounds to human and animal health. The aim of this research was to evaluate the efficiency of the yeast cell wall Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a prebiotic. For that, 180 birds were distributed from a completely randomized design in three treatments and 8 replicates with 10 birds each repetition. Three types of diet, antimicrobial or prebiotic control (DC) were used using a 0.1% prebiotic (DC + 0.1%) and 0.15% prebiotic (DC + 0.15). %). Weight gain (kg / bird), feed intake (kg / bird), weight gain (kg / bird), feed conversion (kg /kg) / kg), viability 42 days old, two fractions of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum of 12 animals per treatment, being two birds of each repetition, for an analysis of the intestinal morphology. The birds that received the diet containing 0.1% prebiotic had better results at the end, so it can be concluded that the use of yeast cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisae as prebiotic is an alternative to antimicrobial growth promoters.Item Incubação de ovos férteis e o desenvolvimento embrionário(2019-12-06) Amaral, Vandelúzia Teixeira do; Cavalcante, Danilo Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6476444073756661; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7039832321183695Item Manejo na avicultura de postura(2019-12-10) Nascimento, Carlos Henrique Souza Cintra do; Cavalcante, Danilo Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6476444073756661Item Relação energia: proteína em dietas para Tilápia-do-Nilo (Oreochromis niloticus)(2019-07-09) Lima, Isislayne Estevão de; Cavalcante, Danilo Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6476444073756661; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2307580627849007The aim of this research was to determine the best proportion between protein-energy on the performance of Nile Tilapia juvenile. The experiment was carried out at the Aquaculture Research Laboratory (LAPPIS) of UAG / UFRPE. A total of 405 male Nile tilapia juveniles were used, distributed from a completely randomized design in three treatments and 9 replicates with 15 fish in 27 glass tanks (160L) equipped with water recirculation system, biological filter, ultraviolet filter and supplementary aeration. The treatments consisted of different protein-energy levels, defined as low (0.53), medium (0.69) and high (0.96). Final weight (g), feed intake (g/day), weight gain (g/day) and feed conversion (g) were measured. The data were submitted to ANOVA, using SAS software version 9.1. When significant, the averages will be compared by the Tukey test at 5% probability. The higher starch:protein level promoted higher final weight (P = <10001), higher weight gain (P = <10001) and better feed conversion (P = <10001) in the fish, without any influence on the feed intake (P = 0.321). Diets with a low proteinenergy level (39% crude protein and 20% starch) are best indicated in 1 to 20 days, and from 21 days onwards diets with a high protein-energy level (31% crude protein and 30% starch).Item Relatório de estágio curricular supervisionado obrigatório: cadeia produtiva de frango de corte(2019-12-06) Amaral, Vandelúzia Teixeira do; Cavalcante, Danilo Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6476444073756661; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7039832321183695Item Relatório do estágio curricular supervisionado obrigatório: manejo de galinhas poedeiras(2019-02-11) Malaquias, Jessica Dantas; Cavalcante, Danilo Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6476444073756661; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9307802738655766Item Relatório do estágio curricular supervisionado obrigatório: manejo de galinhas poedeiras(2019-07-08) Espinhara, Maria Eduarda Lima; Cavalcante, Danilo Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6476444073756661; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3314662161627000The paper is a text elaborated from the Mandatory Supervised Internship (MSI), dealing with management in poultry of posture and its productive indexes. For this it reports all the main managements within Granja Canaã Angelim, from the disinfection management to the arrival of the chicks, at all stages of breeding and rearing, adequate feeding, treatments for major diseases, as well as bird safety. Within the productive indexes we can report the issues of adequate feeding for this laying phase, all the care with the sanity of the birds, as well as the people who will be the consumer of the final product. Behind this productive chain that involves the meat and the egg are dozens of agroindustries spread across several Brazilian states. The objective of this work was to gather scientific information from scientific articles, publications, books, among others, within the Poultry production chain.
