Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de literatura. Assim, foi possível identificar que aspectos como demora na realização dos procedimentos e as filas foram os que mais influenciaram negativamente. Por outra parte, a forma de tratamento e conhecimento dos produtos e serviços do banco são aspectos que influenciam de forma positiva. Para futuros trabalhos, sugerem-se a inclusão de outras bases de dados, bem como artigos em outros idiomas. Também seria importante aprofundar os estudos realizando uma pesquisa de campo.Item Atendimento bancário em Serra Talhada: uma análise do nível de satisfação do cliente(2020-11-03) Brasil, Jhemilyn Michelle Silva; Ferreira, Renan Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9980419912272571; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7464196045810940The opening of the financial market along with technological advances have brought new challenges for bank branches. Keeping customers happy is the main one, since the survival of organizations depend on their users to keep themselves up and running. In this perspective, the problem question of this study is to answer the following question: what is the degree of satisfaction of external clients with the provision of services of financial institutions in the municipality of Serra Talhada - PE? With this the main objective is to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of them. For this, the methodology used in this study is classified as descriptive exploratory of quantitative nature. A structured questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument in google forms. In the discussion of the results, it was found that in the four criteria evaluated, which were: self-service, cashier's service, conventional service, and online service via application; in all these customers were dissatisfied. The highest dissatisfaction rate was identified in the service criterion within the agency, in the item waiting time to be attended. After measuring the degree of customer satisfaction, dissatisfaction and discontent with the city's banking services were verified. Furthermore, it is concluded that consumer satisfaction is linked to the quality of the service, in this organizations need to pay attention to the execution of the services provided, especially in face-to-face service with the client.Item Atuação de bancos e cooperativas de crédito em regiões com baixo dinamismo econômico(2018) Madureira, Camila Lopes e Silva; Freitas, Priscila Michelle Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3255381700202901The relationship between money and economic development is a source of study by many authors, whotry to explain the role that money plays in development, especially at the regional level. Based on the post-Keynesian slope of the non-neutrality of money, this paper proposes to analyze the role of the banks and the credit cooperative of free admission, based on data from the Credit Union of Free Admission of Pernambuco (Sicoob Pernambuco), in the regions with less economic dynamism in which it operates, these being the Sertão do Pajeú, in the state of Pernambuco and Cariri Ocidental, in the state of Paraíba.Five financial indicators developed by Crocco (2010) were used to perform this analysis. The results show that despite the fact that the Credit Union has a minor performance in the region when compared to the banking branches, Sicoob Pernambuco has proportionally offered more credit in these peripheral regions, allowing for more investments and, consequently, regional development. The decline in the supply of credit by banks may be justified by a higher preference for liquidity, generated by high levels of uncertainty present in these regions.Item Fintech: panorama do setor bancário brasileiro(2021-07-23) Vidal, Luiz Felipe de Araújo; Gomes, Sónia Maria Fonseca Pereira Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9795791528582607; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7756851180127961This monograph intends to present the panorama of Fintechs in the Brazilian banking sector, known as the Fintech Revolution. That is, it plans to assemble a panorama of fintechs in the Brazilian banking system, and to do so, it is necessary to present the benefits of the new resolution supporting the operation of financial startups, RCMN 4,656 of 2018 and show how this regulation affects the possible paths of digital credit and/or financing banks. In addition, it is also intended to explore the case of Banco Intermedium in its pioneering role among startups on the stock exchange and what this may represent in terms of future prospects for the sector in question, since it was a physical bank in 100% of its operations that now operates digitally in 100% of them. The methodology adopted in this monograph unfolds between the survey of bibliographic material and the analysis of secondary data in order to, more specifically, survey and describe the process of emergence of the currency, its contextualization, theoretical basis and importance to society and, thus, obtain an overview of traditional banks, aiming to draw a perspective on their problems that somehow led to the emergence and growth of financial Fintechs based on the digital medium.Item Fontes de financiamento para microempresas no Brasil: comparação entre bancos tradicionais e fintechs(2025-03-24) Silva, Caio César Bione; Lima, Adilson Celestino de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1256936664889276Este estudo objetivou definir qual a melhor alternativa de financiamento para microempresas, através da comparação entre fintechs e bancos tradicionais. Para tanto, foi utilizado como método para coleta de dados uma pesquisa documental, analisando documentos e informações disponíveis em fontes secundárias confiáveis, como artigos científicos encontrados no Google Acadêmico, estudos publicados sobre o tema e informações disponibilizadas pelos próprios bancos e fintechs. Dessa forma, tendo como resultados que os bancos tradicionais se mostram mais vantajosos para microempresas que buscam expansão, pois disponibiliza financiamentos com melhores condições, taxas mais baixas e prazos mais longos, enquanto as fintechs são mais adequadas para microempreendedores individuais que estão iniciando seus negócios, pois oferecem facilidades de gestão, acesso simplificado ao crédito e empréstimos de valores menores. A partir da análise dos dados, pode-se concluir que para microempresas, os bancos tradicionais são a opção mais estratégica, garantindo maior previsibilidade financeira, menores custos no longo prazo e melhores oportunidades de crescimento.Item A teoria do free banking no contexto econômico brasileiro: uma análise das implicações que podem emergir de um sistema bancário livre(2019) Nascimento, Victor Gabriel da Silva; Carazza, Luís Eduardo Barbosa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1625397086677760This paper presents the financial model known as free banking or the Laisses-faire banking system, as a viable alternative to the current configuration of the Brazilian banking market. Given the oligopolistic character of this sector in the country, a model of greater freedom for banks can facilitate the entry of new institutions that can reduce the concentration and interest levels that traditional banks have. Considering the existence of five large banking institutions operating in Brazil that together hold a significant part of the market and behave in a cartelized manner.
