This article seeks to analyze the power relations in the Agreste region of Pernambuco, from the Phenomenon of the Single Candidacy to the 2020 Elections, in 03 municipalities of this Region and, more precisely, in the city of Jupi, where the same occurs for the third time in its history recent policy. Divided into 03 parts, where the First, in an introductory way, evokes the Objective of the dialogue about the emergence and interest in the subject. In Methodology, it was used as a research method carried out in bibliographic and scientific literature files, in the Scielo database (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Oasis and other sites through Bibliographic Research and questioning, from Exploratory Research and Media news sources about this phenomenon. The second part, focused on Academic Production, Conceptualization and the historical part of the emergence of Coronelismo and its action in Brazil, in the Northeast, in some cities in the Agreste region of Pernambuco and in the City of Jupi. The third part, which makes a parallel on the continuation of Coronelismo, from the perspective of a new appearance and evolution as a sociopolitical system, thus opening new influences adapting to the new means of continuity of patterns of domination, this being the Neo- Coronelismo, with reflections on the last Municipal Elections and the effects produced in the social, economic and political scenario in the region.
O dom do corpo: aspecto legais da doação de órgãos no Brasil

The present work is built from the scientific initiation research developed at Fundação Joaquim Nabuco (PIBIC/FUNDAJ/CNPq) between 2019 and 2020 and aims to analyze how organ donation and transplantation are understood in Brazilian legislation from propositions available on the website of the Chamber of Deputies, the Brazilian Federal Senate and the Federal Supreme Court. The study was carried out based on a bibliographic survey on the sociology of the body, especially with regard to organ donation and transplantation in Brazil, an online database was also set up containing Theses, Dissertations, Articles, Books, News/and Bills on organ donation and transplantation. One hundred and two bills were gathered and analyzed, available on the website of the Chamber of Deputies and the Brazilian Federal Senate, from a historical period ranging from 1982 to the first half of 2020, of which three were listed to be addressed in this article. In order to analyze the chosen PLs, following a sociological approach, we used as theoretical support texts by the authors: David Le Breton (2012), Alexandre Zarias (2019), Philipe Steiner (2004) and Jandir Pauli (2019). Informative texts available on the websites of government agencies, as well as the Ministry of Health and the Health Department of Rio Grande do Sul, were also used. The bills selected for analysis in this work were PL 727/2019, 729/2019, and PL 137/2020, of which the first two provide for compulsory organ donation and the last proposes a change in art. 4 of Law 9,434 of February 4, 1997, which currently regulates organ donation and transplantation in Brazil, so that the possibility of family interference is vetoed when the deceased has determined in writing express authorization for the removal of their organs for purposes of transplantation and post-mortem therapies.

A Rede Feminista Norte e Nordeste de Estudos e Pesquisa sobre a Mulher e Relações de Gênero – REDOR, nascida em 1992, na Universidade Federal da Bahia, por iniciativa do Núcleo de Estudos Interdisciplinares sobre a Mulher – NEIM, visa estimular o desenvolvimento e a divulgação desses estudos nessas regiões do país. Naquele ano, foi realizado o I Encontro Regional de Estudos sobre a Mulher e Relações de Gênero do Norte/Nordeste, com a intenção de articular as pesquisadoras das duas regiões. A ata de fundação da REDOR foi assinada por 33 participantes de 12 núcleos e grupos ou articulações pró-núcleo de oito estados: Bahia, Sergipe, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte, Ceará e Pará. Desde então, a REDOR impulsionou a criação de novos núcleos e grupos e atualmente reúne cerca de trinta. Uma das ações de maior impacto da REDOR é a promoção de encontros anuais, atualmente bianuais, de socialização de estudos e pesquisas, que não se restringem mais ao Norte e Nordeste do Brasil, e têm contado com a crescente participação de docentes e discentes da educação superior e da pós-graduação, professoras e professores das escolas de educação básica e membros de organizações não governamentais engajados na justiça de gênero. Nesse contexto, esta coletânea inicia a série ESTUDOS REDOR visando divulgar mais amplamente trabalhos de excelente qualidade realizados pelas diversas pesquisadoras e pesquisadores participantes desses encontros, direta ou indiretamente associados à Rede. A partir de uma seleção criteriosa que combina trabalhos sobre diversos temas e locais, apresentados preliminarmente no 18º Encontro realizado na Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco, em Recife, as versões aqui apresentadas foram revisadas por autoras e autores convidados e por nove professoras e professores, três para cada um dos livros da coletânea. O livro 1 trata de Gênero, Educação e Comunicação; o livro 2 reúne textos em torno da temática Relações e Hierarquias Marcadas por Gênero; e o livro 3 engloba questões sobre Experiências e Práticas Feministas. A nossa intenção é de estabelecer uma prática contínua após os encontros, para manter a REDOR ativa, desenvolvendo-se a proposta de reunião dos melhores trabalhos apresentados nos encontros, bem como outros de participantes da Rede. Assim, a série ESTUDOS REDOR pretende representar uma referência para os estudos feministas e de gênero realizados pelas/os associadas/os e convidados, e uma inspiração para novos estudos. Por terem organizado e promovido o 18º Encontro da REDOR, Maria do Rosário Leitão de Andrade do Núcleo de Pesquisa-Ação Mulher e Ciência - NPAMC/UFRPE e Russell Parry Scott do Núcleo Família, Gênero e Sexualidade - FAGES/UFPE, com a colaboração do Instituto Papai e da Fundação Joaquim Nabuco, resolveram buscar 9nanciamento específico para esta produção. Parry Scott recebeu o apoio do CNPQ e coordenou juntamente com a diretoria atual da REDOR, presidida por Maria do Rosário Leitão de Andrade e Maria Eulina Pessoa de Carvalho, a diretoria anterior (Gloria Rabay e Maria Eulina Pessoa de Carvalho) e muitas/os integrantes da Rede, indivíduos, grupos e 9nanciadores, ao longo de um processo de profícua interlocução.

El objetivo del artículo es reflexionar sobre los temas que afectan a los sujetos sociales de identidad LGBTQIA+ en Brasil, específicamente estigmas, estereotipos y exclusión/inserción en las políticas. La cuestión de investigación pregunta si la inserción política tiene contribuido a los avances de las políticas públicas para esta parte de La sociedad. La investigación cualitativa y exploratoria utiliza fuentes de investigación secundarias y dialoga con la producción teórica de Michel Foucault. En lãs consideraciones finales, hay avances, incluso inserción política, aunque todavía embrionária. La inclusión de La agenda LGBTQIA+ en la política partidista tiene contribuido en la formulación de políticas públicas en sus diversas dimensiones de vulnerabilidades que afectan a estos actores sociales, pese a la situación de violencia que aún vive este segmento social a diario.

This article aims to analyze article 4 of law 13.257 / 2016, seeking to understand its social conception and its relationship with early childhood. The research question seeks to identify which conception of child the law addresses from an unequal conjuncture of society. This is a qualitative research that focused on Article 4 of Law 13.257 / 2016, based on the theoretical debate based on the sociology of childhood, the social history of the child and public policies for early childhood, in the dialogue between theoretical reflections and the data published by Inep, IBGE and Fundação ABRINC. The importance of this law, considered a legal framework for early childhood, is unquestionable, however, some issues related to reducing social inequalities, respecting diversity in their social and cultural contexts, comprehensive and integrated care and the promotion of a culture of protection and promotion of the child, are many of the paths to be followed for the implementation of actions that meet the interests of the child and their condition of rights and citizenship.
Uberização e economia de plataforma: um diálogo com a reforma trabalhista e a reestruturação produtiva

This article discusses the process of precarious labor and labor relations that have been increasing since the labor reform implemented by the then Michel Temer government in 2017. A process based on the neoliberal context and productive restructuring based on the paradigm of informational capitalism. The analysis of the implementation process of this new work logic is based on the beginnings of neoliberalism, on its implementation in the global context, on the way it impacted the political-economic dynamics of Brazil. A long way to reach the new working models typical of the relationship between financial capital and information technologies capable of forming wealth generation networks. The methodology is qualitative, the main source of research was the review of the scientific literature, especially from the database of the Brazilian Portal of Publications and Scientific Data in Open Access (Oasis) and other academic publication sites. One of the main concepts that supported the problematization is informational capitalism and its origins in the process of restructuring capitalism within the neoliberal process. The concepts of uberization and platform economy that permeate the new work dynamics in the service sector that have been rising within the context of work automation and deregulation were also problematized. The exploratory study focused on raising questions regarding the process of precarious work and denial of wages as the new rule of labor relations after the 2017 labor reform, which aimed to meet the designs of international financial capital to attract investments that, in practice, generate uneven development and encourage income concentration
A voz dos pescadores sobre políticas públicas para a pesca artesanal – Colônia Z1 em Pernambuco – séc. XXI

The objective of this study consists of a dialogue with fishermen from the Z-1 Fisherman's Colony, in Recife, about public policies for artisanal fishing. A Case Study, in which the contributions of government public policies in the field of artisanal fishing were mapped and identified in this institution in the 21st century. Data from interviews and bibliographical research on the topic show that government dialogue with the researched community is incipient.
