Projeto Tamandaré run by some of the professors end sludentes of the
Department of Human Science of Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco, in a fishermen community. had among its purposes to incorage the use of alternative procedures for data colecting and registring. This paper reports one of such alternative procedures and the results obtained trough its use.
