Cinema Pernambucano : uma linguagem singular

This research aims to analyze language as a transformative artistic instrument, based on an understanding of the importance of Pernambuco cinema with its innovative and theatrical character. Thus, awakening the perception of its social function as well as observing the compositional foundations of cinematographic language. In this way, the theoretical and methodological bases of this work briefly articulate linguistics, syntax and semiotics. In addition, by bringing together elements of the origin and evolution of Pernambuco cinema. An analysis of some notable works is presented, which underlies the reinforcement of cultural identity, social struggles, diversity and representation, as well as impact as an agent of transformation and social change.
Docência em construção: representações sociais sobre o ser professor dos licenciandos em Pedagogia

Este estudo tem como objetivo principal analisar as representações sociais sobre o ser professor da educação básica de estudantes do curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE), buscando compreender como essas representações se relacionam com a construção da identidade docente. A partir das contribuições de Paulo Freire, Tardif e da Teoria das Representações Sociais de Serge Moscovici, o trabalho destaca que a identidade docente é construída por meio de experiências, saberes acumulados e práticas pedagógicas, refletindo a visão de mundo e as vivências dos educadores. A pesquisa investiga como estudantes de pedagogia, nos períodos iniciais e finais do curso, constroem suas percepções sobre a docência e como essas percepções influenciam sua formação e prática pedagógica, utilizando como instrumento de coleta entrevista semiestruturada e o TALP (Teste associativo de palavras). Os resultados sugeriram que, apesar de descrita como um desafio, a profissão docente para os sujeitos ainda é marcada pela ideia de “sacerdócio”. Os discursos indicaram que para os estudantes, apesar do desafio, o professor tem uma missão ou um compromisso moral com seus alunos, distanciando-o do lugar de profissional. Assim, espera-se contribuir para a compreensão e valorização do processo formativo docente, que, como descrito por Freire, perpetua-se nos indivíduos que são educados.
Um estudo sobre preconceito linguístico no filme “Que horas ela volta?”

This work seeks to understand how the northeastern variant is represented in the movie "Que lo seu vuelta" (Back to the Future), as well as to show how the variants are used in the dialogues between the characters that are markedly the target of linguistic prejudice within the film itself. In addition to analyzing how language and its variations are linked to social aspects. Through an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory analysis, we intend to show how linguistic and social discrimination happens in cinematographic production, as a reflection of reality. As for the theoretical apparatus we rely on Sociolinguistics, on the studies of variation and linguistic prejudice, and on the theorists Labov (2008), Bagno (2003, 2007), Tarallo (1986), Scherre (2009) Alkimin (2012) among others. In analyzing this film, we could perceive that linguistic prejudice is naturalized in our society and in our culture, whether someone from another region does not understand some traits in our speech, or when we need to monitor our speech on trips to other regions. And still more excludent is the fixed, unchanging image of the human being behind his speech.
Interseções entre a literatura, a história e a identidade Latino-americana em Cem anos de solidão

Centrándose en el libro Cien años de soledad (1967), del escritor colombiano Gabriel García Márquez, este artículo busca hacer algunas reflexiones acerca de la relación entre la historia de latinoamérica, la construcción de la identidad latinoamericana y la literatura, partiendo del supuesto de que esta última aprehende aspectos de los contextos sociales e históricos en los que se encuentra y a los que en ocasiones se refiere, como es el caso de la obra analizada. Para la construcción de esta reflexión, hicimos también un breve recorrido por la biografía de García Márquez y del realismo mágico (corriente literaria en la que se inserta la obra) y su aporte político, histórico e identitario y del boom de la narrativa latinoamericana. Forman parte del marco teórico las contribuciones de Dasso Saldívar (2000), Eric Nepomuceno (2016), Ángel Rama (1987), Francine Iegelski (2021), Alberto Manguel (2017), Tatiana Bensa (2005), Tomaz Tadeu da Silva (2000), Fernando Aínsa (1986), entre otros.
Subjetividade sitiada: o Instagram e a construção de identidades e hábitos de consumo na sociedade de sedução em massa

The phenomenon of digital media has been integrated into people's daily lives in recent decades, resulting in an endless informational movement, associated with continuous virtual interactions. This study seeks to discuss about Instagram, which has approximately 1 billion active users per month, especially relating it to the processes of building identities and habits of consumption. For this, it is essential to mobilize and discuss theories that allow access to the meaning of this reality, covering multiple approaches: the approach on the mass media, the themes of sociability and the representation of the individual in society-society and, especially, the discussion about the concepts of identity and consumption. The use of the algorithm tool by this network, as a way of directing personalized content and advertising, was a fundamental aspect discovered in the research exercise, since it helped in the composition of the central argument and allowed an understanding of the studied phenomenon.
Visualidades da Região Lagunar de Maceió: análise da cultura visual com base na tríade 'Água, Lama e Sururu’

From the transdisciplinary field of Visual Culture studies, this paper addresses the concepts of visuality, image, territory and identity, presenting an analysis of the visualities of the Triadic Projection 'Water, Mud, and Sururu' in the Lagoon Region of Maceió, Alagoas, and how it is incorporated into the visual illustrations by the artist Víscera for the promotion of the 12th Mostra Sururu de Cinema Alagoano. The analysis is based on the principles outlined by Fernando Hernández for a dialogical visual interpretation of visual representations, leading to the exploration of discourse and the questioning of meanings in relation to the culture and identity of the Lagoon Region. Through this, we observe that the research has shown that the analysis and interpretation of images are not passive processes but involve creative and active acts. Furthermore, it has opened up new perspectives for future investigations into visual representations and self-perceptions from the community’s perspective.
