However, there is a gap in the academy about these parameters in basic education, especially when it is an unconventional institution such as federal institutes that have a modality of education that integrates high school with the technical subjecting students to an equal or even more reality. overloaded than that of universities. With this, the present work aimed to make a diagnosis about the mental health and well-being of the students of the initial modules for probing parameters such as sleep and eating, and the exposure to the triggers of stress and anxiety, contributing data of this theme to the gym and proposing pedagogical intervention proposals for these issues. The study revealed that more than 60% of the study population claimed to encounter triggers of extreme stress and depression, in addition to falling sleep and food quality by more than 20% after joining IFPE-Campus Recife. In addition, the applied questionnaire helped to trace the institution's positive and negative points so that intervention proposals could be customized to fit the reality of the campus.Item O impacto da relação familiar no processo de aprendizagem de estudantes de Ensino Médio(2021-03-05) Pedrosa, Millena Leal Ferraz; Costa, Veridiana Alves de Sousa Ferreira; Silva, Flávia Carolina Lins da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7547725170997480; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8623894938993142; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2776978634454172Item O impacto do Programa Residência Pedagógica na formação inicial dos licenciandos em Ciências Biológicas(2019-12-03) Oliveira, Keila Pessoa de; Silva, Flávia Carolina Lins da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7547725170997480; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4134052613145535The initial and continuing formation of teachers in basic education has been the target of political agendas in different administrative spheres throughout the country. The Pedagogical Residence (P.R.) consists in a program for teaching initiation for students of teaching degree, enabling the partnership between higher education institutions and public education networks. Its purpose is to reduce the disarticulation between theory and school practice. This study is characterized as a descriptive-exploratory research with qualitative-quantitative approach, applying the mixed method. It was performed with the teaching students of biological sciences from the P.R. of the Pernambuco Rural Federal University. The present work had as objective to analyze this program contribution in the residence student’s perspective. Analyzing if in fact in their perspectives, this strategy contributed in their formation of being a teacher.Item Influência dos ciclos de rega na anatomia e metabolismo bioquímico foliar de Cenostigma pyramidale (Fabaceae)(2022-10-04) Alves, Jakelline Santos; Silva, Flávia Carolina Lins da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7547725170997480; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8593632087425943The species Cenostigma pyramidale is especially important in the ecological aspect and little explored in the economic and environmental sphere, in view of its great potential, besides being used for timber and medicinal purposes is a pioneer species with high potential for the recovery of degraded areas. This work aims to evaluate the physiological and anatomical responses of the leaves of one of these species, Cenostigma pyramidale under irrigation cycles and submitted to water deficit. The plants were submitted to four experimental groups, during the growing period, counting ten individuals per treatment: Control - daily watering; RD - daily watering; R7 - watering 1x in 7 days; R14 - watering 1x in 14 days. After five months of growth in the greenhouse, the individuals were submitted to a period of water deficit, where there was complete suspension of water, and then underwent recovery, from which five individuals from each treatment were collected at the end of each period for biochemical analysis and leaf anatomy. To determine the periods, analysis of relative leaf water content (RWC) and soil moisture was performed. It was observed that plants from more severe treatments proved to be more resistant, in general, to maximum stress, anatomically and biochemically, investing in adaptations such as tannins, crystals and stomatal chambers, still showing expressive photosynthetic rates, indicating that pre-contact with short intervals of water shortage affects leaf storage responses during a prolonged water shortage. The most efficient use of resources was seen in the treatment that was subjected to irrigation every fourteen days (R14), which showed a high rate of total free amino acids, proteins, higher rate of photosynthetic pigments, presence of an abundant palisade parenchyma, while showing a tendency to decrease the volume of the mesophyll, among other adaptations. Thus, with this work it was possible to conclude that previous contact with lack of water positively affects the species Cenostigma pyramidale, generating more efficient responses and providing important anatomical and biochemical changes in its leaves.Item As influências das metodologias ativas para o ensino de Citologia na Educação Básica(2019-12-03) Siqueira, Jessiklécia Josinalva de; Silva, Flávia Carolina Lins da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7547725170997480; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5668313589226017This study is inserted in the perspective of tool articulations that mobilize students to seek and build knowledge, with the teacher's mediation in this process and no longer as the sole source of knowledge and information. However, the aim of this study was to analyze the perceptions of high school students concomitantly with the technician of the Federal Institute of Pernambuco about the cytology contents from a pedagogical intervention with active methodologies about the subject. The research was conducted at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology (IFPE, Recife campus) with the participation of students from the institution. Data were collected from a students' socioeconomic questionnaire and their perspectives on biology content and teaching, in parallel with a pedagogical intervention, using conceptual maps as a tool in the cytology content teaching-learning process. For the statistical analysis of the results, the Bioestat® 5.3 program was used, evaluating the data obtained using the Chi-square test (p <0.05) and performing a descriptive analysis of the collected data. The results point out that there are considerable levels of difficulty linked to biology content and that different tools are needed to reduce these difficulties and that and more students be able to apply certain content at some point in their lives, especially in everyday matters, as well, as they point out that the use of active methodologies in the teaching-learning process help to minimize such difficulties.Item A residência pedagógica na formação de professores de Biologia: relato de experiência(2021-03-03) Silva, Mirelle Pereira da; Silva, Flávia Carolina Lins da; Silva, Marliete Maria Soares da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6064066939275575; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7547725170997480; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1088480075725469The Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP) was created to improve the teaching practices of graduates and consequently improve the construction process in teaching. Residents through the program had contact with basic education while undergraduate, from the second half of the course, providing teaching experiences through school life and collaborating with their professional development. The present work aimed to describe the experiences of a student of the Degree Course in Biological Sciences at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), during the participation’s period in the Pedagogical Residence Program, working at the Antônio Correia de Araújo School, in the city from Camaragibe (PE). In this way, the experience report covered the experiences of a resident, from the introduction to the program until the period of immersion in school, describing the activities carried out and their perceptions from the first contact in basic education, in addition to portraying the importance of PRP for teacher training. The program collaborated to strengthen some aspects of teaching, as well as the association of practice and theory, development of a dynamic learning format, provided knowledge about the pedagogical processes and a deeper experience, in addition to the mandatory internships. In view of the situations experienced by the resident, the program added significantly to her training, as it made it possible to know and experience the daily life of the wanted profession before the beginning of her career.
