The analysis was based on the mapping of the institutional social network, DQV's Instagram (@promocaosaudedqv), which benefited and still benefits the UFRPE community with its knowledge. The analyzed period of the contents published on DQV's Instagram was from 26/04/2021 to 25/11/2021. Knowing that health promotion actions have the function of disseminating, sensitizing and promoting knowledge, the posts created are intended to reach not only teachers, students, technicians and outsourced workers, but rather to reach the whole society, especially through paper that the University has. The Quality of Life Department was already working in person and with the pandemic it adapted its functions to the remote and created a social network for communication in health. It is made up of doctors, psychologists, dentists, pediatricians, pediatric dentists, gynecologists, obstetricians, occupational safety technicians and others. The mapping showed the diversity in the content posted by DQV on Instagram, which addressed various topics ranging from prevention and health promotion, through explanatory videos, illustrations, concepts, lives, webinars, conversations through online links, in addition to to provide e-mails for further questions or situations involving the health theme for the academic community. Item Participação popular e políticas de saúde: análise da relação entre as demandas populares e as deliberações do Conselho Estadual de saúde de Pernambuco(2019) Garcia, Danielly da Silva; Regino, Fabiane Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3088176522044224This monograph presents the health field as an important space for professional work for the Home Economy, especially in the struggle for quality of life through public policies. The approach of this paper is about the State Health Council of Pernambuco, seeking to analyze the demands of the various social actors that participate as a collective representation in this Council and to present the main deliberations and / or actions reached through the social health policies. For this, a qualitative study was conducted through documentary research, which analyzed the minutes of the meetings of the CES / PE in 2017. From this universe, three of the policies that most came up in the Council meetings were selected, in order to investigate data related to the period mentioned and to understand the popular participation in CES / PE, demands, deliberations and actions. It is concluded in this work that the National Policy for Occupational Health, the National Policy for Men's Health and the National Policy for Oral Health, were the policies that most entered the agenda of Council meetings. This means that these policies are central health issues, which may compose the elaboration of the State Health Plan. Thus, these policies presented more demands and in cases of these being met is the result of the strengthening of popular participation, through their advisory representatives. It is understood that social participation through Councils means to participate collectively in the management of the Unified Health System, and the greater the organization and social participation of diverse actors in deliberative instances, the greater the strengthening of democracy and the guarantee of citizenship.Item A produção do cuidado em saúde para a população trans: a integralidade no cotidiano dos serviços de saúde na cidade do Recife(2023) Silva, Felipe de Albuquerque; Regino, Fabiane Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3088176522044224; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8237717481146858The incorporation of the Transsexualization Process (PrTr) in the procedures performed by the Unified Health System / SUS expands the network of care for the transgender population in public health services, based on universal access and comprehensive care. This monograph article aims to analyze the production of PrTr care in the health services of Recife/Pernambuco, which serve the transgender population. Often the realization of social rights goes through the use of collective services, which in this case requires the State the provision of these resolutions and the actors involved, active consumers in the construction and consolidation of the realization of the legally guaranteed. The qualitative approach of the research allowed us to understand the daily routine of care production, in light of the integrality from the perspective of the interviewed users. Integrality in health care services for the trans population is a process under construction that challenges the biomedical logic of care production. Welcoming, qualified listening, dignified/respectful treatment were highlighted as fundamental to guarantee the integrality of care in these services, but it is still necessary to expand the number of professionals and specialized services in the capital, and also the interiorization in the state. Investing in both outpatient procedures and in highly complex procedures. Item Relatório do Estágio Supervisionado Obrigatório (ESO): Departamento de Qualidade de Vida da UFRPE como campo de atuação para a Economia Doméstica(2020-10-29) Alcântara, Joseane Anunciação de; Regino, Fabiane Alves; Lima, Dandara Pereira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1584964983115172; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3088176522044224; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9602798732091612The Home Economics as Applied Social Science has as its main objective the promotion of the quality of life of individuals. It was found that the NIP’s actions, like vaccination, are freely available at the FHU and facilitated educational actions and health promotions. The profile of the FHS team is in accordance with the norms of the Ministry of Health that demands integrality in health care. Evidence was found that certain aspects compromised the integrality of health care due to a lack of communication between the different structures and units within the health care system.
