Item Fatores que (des) motivam alunos e professores nas organizações de ensino superior: uma revisão sistemática de literatura(2022-05-26) Pereira Neto, Antonio Alves; Feitosa, Maria José da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6887857776351323; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0392140520554398The present study aims to identify the factors that (dis)motivate students and professors in the environment of higher education organizations. To this end, a Systematic Literature Review was carried out. A search for scientific articles was carried out through the research platforms: Spell, SciELO, and Google Scholar. The factors that motivate teachers are: recognition, achievement, progress, research development; and those that demotivate, are linked to the work environment and salary. As for the students, they are intrinsically and extrinsically motivated by factors such as: personal interest, learning, institutional prestige, job market, personal achievements and professional training, and the factors that demotivate them are: the overload of activities and the time to perform them, failure, doubts regarding the course, and the faculty that was considered a demotivating factor due to some actions and attitudes. This study can contribute to the managers of higher education organizations, whether public or private, in the search for understanding important aspects of the motivation of students and teachers. The work carried out presented limitations in the search for articles that dealt with the (un)motivation of teachers, for future works, it is suggested to increase the number of bases for the search, as well as to include other languages in the searches, in order to have a greater understanding of the phenomenon studied, as well as to expand the knowledge about motivation on the part of students and teachers.
