This paper presents two constrained optimization models, one for the prioritization of patients for preventive follow-up of cervical cancer and the other for the scheduling of oncology patients in treatment, both using integer programming and AMPL. In addition, a performance analysis of a patient scheduling algorithm using matroids is presented. Visual artifacts that could be used as information sources and support decisions, disaster prevention and specific actions to mitigate adverse effects caused by rains are the expected results of this paper. To achieve the main goal, the calculating model for COVID-19 propagation risk created by IRRD in association with the Polytechnic University of Catalunya was adapted to the climatology’s theme. The presented results were collected in a day with big rain precipitation in the metropolitan region of Recife, and this was good for evidence capture and to prove the proposed model is applicable indeed.Item Um algoritmo para geração de Navigation Meshes em mapas bidimensionais homogêneos: uma aplicação no jogo Dragon Age: Origins(2019) Costa, Ingrid Danielle Vilela; Bocanegra, Silvana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4596111202208863; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6113606913639280In the field of electronic gaming and more recently in robotics, autonomous agent soften need to repeatedly solve the problem of searching for the smallest path. This need can eventually consume a lot of resources and demands optimizations to make these searches more efficient. Such optimizations may include improvements in search algorithms, map representation, data structures used. This work presents an optimization for search algorithms based on the reduction of the search space by means of an automatic Navigation Meshes generation algorithm which are networks of walka blemap areas implying in a reduction of the search space and consequently improving the search processing time. The generation of Navigation Meshes is a problem with no consolidated solution. To prove the heuristic, path finding problems were solved on 156 benchmark maps. The path findings were performmed by the A* algorithm and the solutions were compared between the original maps and the optimized ones. An average search space reduction of 97.42% was achieved, with a standard deviation of 0.026and the search had an average marginal reduction in execution time of 46.76%.Item Análise das dinâmicas de transmissão da Mpox em Pernambuco através do uso de Modelo SEIQR com otimização de parâmetros(2022-11-23) Pessoa, Wagner Palacio; Bocanegra, Silvana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4596111202208863; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0525335441263931In recent years, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of the accuracy of the results of studies related to the evolution and propagation of diseases has become evident, so that scientific authorities have enough inputs to make quick decisions in the containment and prevention of epidemics and mitigate their effects on society and the economy as soon as possible. At the end of July 2022, the Mpox (Monkeypox) outbreak was declared a global health emergency by the WHO, accelerating a possible return to the state of alert for a new pandemic. This work aims to analyze the transmission dynamics of this virus in Pernambuco using the SEIQR compartmental epidemiological model (Susceptible, Exposed, Infected, Quarantineed and Recovered), with data available from July 12 to November 3, 2022. The simulations were performed with the Wolfram Language. Experiments were performed with manual adjustment of the model parameters by a graphical interface and also considering the dynamic adjustment over time intervals, using a non-linear optimization function. Networks such as Twitter provide a new form of communication, interaction and, above all, a way of expressing opinions about the different events of life in society, consequently enabling the generation of content. Knowing the opinions of Brazilians about public institutions is very important for engaging people in society, as agents participating in decisions that affect all individuals, that is, it is a form of social inclusion. The application of Sentiment Analysis is carried out in several areas in order to extract the content of public opinion. The objective of this work is to identify the feelings of the Brazilian population about the Superior Federal Court of Brazil through the content of published tweets between January and December 2019. For this, the tweets in the period were collected, which were pre-processed, classified and then analyzed. Afetadas diretamente por este cenário, as empresas são impactadas financeiramente por reajustes livres de negociação dos planos de saúde, forçando-as a buscar alternativas seguras, sustentáveis e de qualidade. Neste relatório, será apresentado um produto desenvolvido na empresa Exmed capaz de proporcionar uma economia real para as empresas brasileiras, ofertando um serviço de autogestão da saúde para seus colaboradores que, em uma única plataforma, poderão gerenciar seus gastos com saúde, aprovar os procedimentos necessários e assim evitar desperdícios. Também serão abordados os detalhes técnicos do desenvolvimento, envolvendo os conceitos fundamentais de plataformas modernas, as ferramentas utilizadas na implementação, as estratégias de performance, a estruturação de um projeto escalável e auto-gerenciável, além dos módulos e formas de comunicação entre os sistemas internos da Exmed. Esta transformação digital também atinge o setor de saúde, que atrelado aos desafios inerentes a própria natureza destas mudanças, também precisa lidar com cautela ao tratar das informações sensíveis dos pacientes e o compartilhamento destes dados. Para atender a demandas como estas, onde é necessário agilidade e segurança para a elaboração de projetos, tem se popularizado o uso de plataformas low-code, que por usar os benefícios da computação em nuvem e a possibilidade de criar código utilizando recursos visuais, vai facilitar o aprendizado técnico e permitir a criação de aplicações robustas em um tempo reduzido. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar o uso de uma plataforma low-code (OutSystems) no desenvolvimento de uma aplicação web para gerenciamento e realização de consultas médicas. Como estudo de caso, será utilizado um produto da start up ZophIA.tech, que faz uso de inteligência artificial aprimorada por análise geométrica para auxiliar no diagnóstico de esquizofrenia e outras doenças mentais através da fala e gestos de pacientes. Once a region becomes deserted it may be impossible to reverse this condition.Frequently analyzing the risk of desertification can facilitate public policies to mitigate these effects.This paper aims to bring a proposal for risk analysis of regions that are at the nucleus of desertification in the northeast using vegetation data. There are almost 600.000 cases per year in which more than half die. Despite this high incidence rate, the probability of recuperation in cases with early detection is equally high. In view of this, the proposal of this work is the development of a mathematical computational model that can be useful to estimate the risk of a person developing the disease and thus help the specialists in a possible prediction and prevention of this disease. To build the model the theory of fuzzy logical sets was used. Initially was studied the main risk factors associated to the development of the cancer and created linguistics variables to subsidize the building of the fuzzy rules system. By selecting the variables age, age of the first sexual relationship, parent’s historical of cancer, presence of ISTs, smoking, amount of male partners in the last year and HPV vaccination is possible to estimate the risk of a patient developer cervical cancer. They can be classified into five categories: very low, low, moderate, high and very high. To this, an approach based on an empirical methodology that shown good results will be used to assess the risk of Covid-19, through diagrams. Frequent visual information on the state of the disease maximizes the effects of prevention, control and decisions by responsible agencies, as risk analysis can be done in advance. However, running mobile tests is quite challenging, as you need to think carefully about each test type when thinking about creating test cases. For automation, the challenges are even greater due to the variety of devices, operating systems and mobile network issues. Bringing it to the testing scenario on cell phones, one of the ways to test considering the mobile network is by inserting a SIM card in the device. The need to manipulate these SIM cards during testing is the challenge that this work seeks to explore. The present work has as main objective to present a tool to aid in the automation of tests that need this manipulation and the development of a package that allows the tool to be used in automation. For this, an action research was carried out through an experiment in a mobile testing project, in which it was possible to describe the tool and its functionalities, as well as the necessary steps for its use. It is also described how the created package was structured and the tests implemented to use the package. With the digitization of judicial processes, a strategy that automates the adjustment of process information and is easy to consult can be very useful. Therefore, the data warehouse seems to be a very suitable technique for this, as it normalizes and standardizes information from different sources that are contained in it. But to load the data into a data warehouse, it’s necessary to prepare it with a method commonly known as ETL. With this method we can create data extraction, transformation and load flows that will be written in the data warehouse. In addition, it makes it possible to monitor the progress of a project in order to suggest initiatives based on the collected data. However, gathering the metrics obtained from different data sources to present them in real time is not an easy task for some companies. Nevertheless, with the use of APIs, it is possible to collect the data, analyze and present them in dashboards and reduce QA rework. In this paper, it was developed a system capable of collecting data from three services in order to present, in dashboards, the metrics that are essential in the area of Software Quality. Even so, more and more advances are being made in the ways of treating these people, such as platforms that offer psychological care remotely. However, choosing a psychologist or therapist is not always an easy task, given the large amount of information involved in the choosing process. Based on that, the goal of this article was to develop a psychologist recommender system based on a hybrid model, which should be able to recommend psychologists with expertise that meet the needs of different types of patients. The model showed promising results, where the similarity between the recommended psychologists was consistent and good results were achieved in the evaluation metrics MAE (<0.5) and RMSE (<0.75). In the context of Brazil, where most readers have to choose well which book to buy, due to the low purchasing power of our population, an assertive recommendation has become more valuable. This article presents a book recommendation algorithm based on a hybrid model, which consists of using both techniques related to association rules and techniques that are based on the content of books, aiming to present unknown books that follow the recent interest of the reader. The model managed to reach an accuracy comparable to other models in the RMSE and MAE metrics and delivers recommendations closely related to the last readings of each reader.
