The Compulsory Supervised Internship - ESO, was held at Lupa agricultural products, located in the municipality of Paraúna - GO, a city located in the Midwest region of the southwest of Goiás. During the period from September 2 to October 18, making a workload of 210 hours. Lupa is a commercial company in the area of input review and technical consultancy, also having its own plant and agenda areas. During the internship it was possible to follow activities focused on the agricultural sales area, making visits and customer service, as well as negotiations with suppliers. They were followed as soil preparation activities such as: pasture cleaning, soil subsoiling, grading and leveling in the company's areas. In the region, the exchange system is used, which operates with the exchange of grains for inputs as an alternative to rural credit financing. Weed or monitored areas for weeds, where the identification and recommendation of phytosanitary products was made as an alternative control. It was no-till in the Formoso farm in Paraúna - Go, this is the main planting system used in the region. Pasture management was also carried out in São José do Xingu-MT, where biological control with the fungus Metarhizium anisopilae was performed. Given this, it is possible to align theoretical knowledge with practice. Where these activities were developed allowed me to use skills that are relevant to the agronomist's area of expertise.
