With contemporary advances, many children and adolescents are living in cities (UNICEF, 2012), thus building structural problems and demands necessary for the support, recognition, and development of this population in cities. Where these urban spaces require demands such as "decent housing, salubrity, drinking water, mobility, education and leisure spaces, as well as aspects related to road safety and protection from social violence." (SARMENTO, 2018, p. 233). The central objective of this work is to analyze the demands for basic urban equipment perpetrated by children and adolescents of the Selma Bandeira occupation, so the Guardianship Council of RPA-6 of the municipality of Jaboatão dos Guararapes is used, between the years 2016 to 2020. Thus, it is proposed to present reflections and analyze studies seeking the importance of the process of child-adolescent protagonism in the city of Jaboatão dos Guararapes and analyze the scenario of human rights violations of children and adolescents in the city. The main methodologies used for the composition of this work were bibliographic research, field research and the survey of situations of the demands requested by children and adolescents of the Selma Bandeira occupation in the Guardianship Council of RPA-6. Finally, from this point of view, many problems are still present in these urban centers, such as the re-presentation of children and adolescents in these spaces, and the city of Jaboatão dos Guararapes is an example of this system, which often do not recognize this potentiality of knowledge and wisdom, and this work aims to affirm the need that still needs to put into practice the dialogue needs of children with the guardianship council, city hall, laws, legislation and other apparatuses that girls and boys need to be seen, represented and recognized in various city fields, being able to tie and help factors that not only aims at the future, but that shows how these girls and boys who can transform thousands of generations through participation in the ideological and concrete construction of the city and its potentialities as reflected Silva and Silva (2018, p. 89 ) "[...]the city should enable the participation of all citizens in its planning and interaction conditions in its different public spaces".

The present work was the result of two years of investigative research PIBIC, 2017 to 2019, developed in the community Lemos Torres, located in the North Zone of the Metropolitan Region of Recife, in the neighborhood of Casa Forte with central axis in the discussion of housing. This material discusses the problem of the right to housing in favor of the less favored class, aiming to analyze and identify the place and impact of consumption practices on the different ways of life in the daily life of urban subaltern classes. We identified the perceptions of these subjects about their daily lives in cities, their trajectory (with emphasis onthe “determinants” related to issues of class, ethnicity, gender and generation), as well as the right to housing. The research is characterized by being exploratory and qualitative, through observation and interviews conducted during visits to the community. The results point to the complexity of the urbanization process of cities, with very different interests and demands and interaction. The access to housing refers to a path of struggle and resistance of the subjects of this history that has been goingon for several decades and culminated with the current moment captured by these different interventions with these families related to housing policy in the city of Recife.
Proposta de indicador de sustentabilidade ambiental e social baseado em índices relacionados aos objetivos de desenvolvimento sustentável: estudo de caso da região Nordeste

A busca pelo desenvolvimento sustentável requer uma abordagem integrada que leve em consideração fatores ambientais, sociais e econômicos. Nesse contexto, este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a sustentabilidade ambiental e social na Região Nordeste do Brasil por meio de indicadores relacionados aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), e na criação do Índice de Sustentabilidade Global (ISG), que sintetiza os resultados obtidos. Foram coletados e analisados dados secundários de fontes oficiais, como o IBGE e o projeto MapBiomas, para calcular sete índices agregados associados aos ODS 3, 6, 7, 11 e 13. Os resultados indicaram que, embora haja avanços em algumas áreas, ainda existem desafios significativos relacionados ao saneamento básico, desigualdade urbana e vulnerabilidade ambiental. Os resultados reforçam a necessidade de políticas públicas mais eficazes, investimentos em infraestrutura sustentável e uma abordagem estratégica para reduzir desigualdades regionais e promover um desenvolvimento sustentável mais equitativo.
