The present paper proposes to describe and analyze the main points of conflict in the relationship of workers from external environments with their respective uniforms. The group of 23 street sweepers that were chosen taking into account sun exposure as a determinant factor for participation in the research, where, for the most part (70%, N = 16), they spend between 6 and 8 hours of sun exposure without UV protection. The methodology adopted is based on a case study with both quantitative and qualitative analyzes. As a method we used the direct observation of the work of street sweepers in locus, with the aid of a semi-structured script. The results of this study made it possible to perceive that most street sweepers (56%, N = 13) had some kind of discomfort or discontent with their uniforms, not only due to the lack of protection against high sun exposure, Ergonomic comfort in your clothing. We also consider that most of the street sweepers in this group, because they have a low level of schooling (71%, N = 17), can perceive the great difficulty in expressing subjective aspects, since the participants did not know how to speak the causes discomfort caused by professional uniforms.
