    Every year all people who develop paid professional activity and fall within the parameters provided for in the legislation in force, must submit to the Federal Revenue of Brazil their Individual Income Tax Declaration. The main objective of this study was to prove that the program generating the Said declaration is not intuitive, nor easy to use by any citizen. For this proof, a qualitative and descriptive research was carried out, with the application of a questionnaire with 40 civil servants of a Regional Education Management of the State of Pernambuco, where it was proved the difficulty in the use of the Individual Income Tax Generator Program by any citizen who does not have minimum knowledge on the subject.
