Among several laboratory sectors which include microbiology, parasitology and animal pathology, the sector that has the greatest diagnostic routine is that of clinical pathology. The Mandatory Supervised Internship (ESO) was carried out in the Zooanálises laboratory, at the Chatterrie Veterinary Clinic, from April 19, 2021 to July 5, 2021. The internship was intended to improve the student's knowledge in the context of clinical veterinarian pathology, specifically, in obtaining skills and developing technical knowledge in carrying out laboratory diagnosis, thus allowing the conclusion of the course and obtaining the title of Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine. During the internship, the student developed activities with hematology, serum biochemistry, cytology, immunochromatographic tests and parasitology. In addition to what was reported, it was also possible to develop the study entitled: "High frequency of tetracycline resistance genes in Staphylococcus aureus isolated from goat coalho cheese”.
