Item Instrumentação utilizada em fisiologia vegetal – ESALQ/USP(2019-12-12) Silva, João Pedro Ramos da; Carvalho, Josabete Salgueiro Bezerra de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8753410352743462The Supervised Internship Required (SIR) was conducted at the Laboratório de Estudos de Plantas Sob Estresses (LEPSE) in the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" - USP (Piracicaba) during September 25 to November 12, 2019, total duration 210 hours. Internship period, plant responses to environmental and biotic stresses were monitored and tested. During experiments, several physiological instruments were used to evaluate the metabolism of several crops (soybean, tomato and sunflower). Among experiments followed, we can mention: 1- application of Vorax biofertilizer in soybean under water stress conditions; 2- Electrical signaling in MicroTom tomatoes; 3- application of silicon nanoparticles in MicroTom tomato under saline stress conditions and 4- use of nutrient solution in the emergency sunflower seeds. For the experiment, salicylic acid was used to test attenuating effect on soybean plants. In addition to research activities in laboratories, the internship involves participation in lectures and courses in plant physiology, such as the EPG (Electric Penetration Graph). Given the above, the internship offered an opportunity for undergraduate learning with a laboratory routine and provides contact with advanced techniques for studying plant interaction versus stress.
