    The use of marine resources for various purposes has been used by society since the earliest times, consuming fish is among FAO's recommendations as an ideal for high-protein food. Faced with technological innovations and growth of industries, the beneficiation has much to add, from the moment the population proposes products that are easy to prepare, or semi-ready, which saves time at the time of preparation. This report describes some of the beneficiation activities at the company Qualimar Pescados, where shrimps, fish andlobsters are processed, these fish according to the type of processing can offer different types of final products. And it also discusses the standards of quality, marketing and other knowledge that a food industry has to offer.

    He expansion of the food products market has meant that every opportunity for innovation and acceptance, companies, industries and other types of trade develop technologies to offer the consumer a variety at the moment of supply.
