    Trajetória histórica e cadeia produtiva da cachaça em Pernambuco

    Cachaçawas for a long time marginalized, but between 1990 and 2018 this scenario seems to have changed due to the lack of its economic and cultural importance for the localities. The aim of this work is to analyze the production chain of cachaça and all its relations with the various sectors of the economy, as well as to construct the historical trajectory of cachaça in Pernambuco and Brazil, as well as to analyze its economic relevance internally and externally through descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data. To obtain the results were observed the variables, Value of production of cachaça, Quantity Produced and sold and export value. The results indicate that the brand has economic relevance in both the domestic and foreign market, the brand also has a strong cultural identity with the country as a whole, also verified all relations and stages of production detailing the chain of processes for the production of brandy.
