O uso do pronome me em cartas campesinas do Sertão do Pajeú em meados do século XX (1956 a 1977)
(2019) Nascimento, Tais Siqueira do; Brito, Dorothy Bezerra Silva de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1796648943044087; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8882888345839873
In this paper we analyzed 120 personal letters exchanged by Pernambuco letter writers, from 1956 to 1977, which were exchanged between two couples, a couple who was born and lived in the rural area of Triunfo - Pernambuco and the other couple who also lived in the same city. However, the male writer was naturalized in Floresta’s city. The manuscripts that make up the corpus of this work belong to the archive of Laboratório de Edição e Documentação Linguística de Pernambuco (LeDoc) which is coordinated by Dr. Cleber Ataíde. We aim to identify the clitic pronoun me in a postponed or postponed position in the composition of epistolary writings, specifically in the subgenre love letter. The data collected in the peasant missives were classified into groups of factors and grammatical categories (accusative, datives of interest, possession, ethical, among others). Moreover, we intend to reflect on the importance of this content for linguistic studies, with the description of Brazilian Portuguese, more specifically, the use and placement of the clitic me in this language. For such analysis, we will start from the discussions proposed by Paviani (2004) and Martins (2012), about the categorization and placement of the clitic me. In our results, we found 246 occurrences, of which 151 are proclitic and 95 enclitic. Thus, with greater recurrence we find the me in a position before the verb, classified in the accusative case, then, with greater recurrence, the object of study was classified in other categories, but also in a position before the verb, which corroborates with the studies of Martins (2012) about to the ordering of clitics, mostly in a proclitic position, as well as, with the placement of Paviani (2004) in relation to the statement that the proclysis is a tendency of standard Portuguese. In addition, the greater recurrence of the accusative case is opposed to our initial hypothesis to realize me as an emphatic dative of the Sertão do Pajeú region.
