    Uso do vPOP no planejamento pré-operatório de cirurgias ortopédicas em cães e gatos

    For a successful surgical procedure, it is necessary to use good planning. Among the means to achieve this, there are digital tools that are receiving, increasingly, new members, by veterinarians, due to the most varied factors, such as, for example, the ease of acquisition of digital radiographs. In veterinary medicine, we have few studies that systematically address digital preoperative planning. The present work evaluates studies referring to such plans in general and, also, comparative studies of the analog and digital techniques of these plans. The aim of this work is to provide a roadmap to guide veterinary surgeons in their preoperative orthopedic planning, in order to facilitate their practice in their digital format.
