    This monography adresses a critique of the practice of eugenics based on Kardecist spiritism in Brazil towards of Afro-indigenous matrices religions and their influences on practitioners of such traditions, marginalized from their earliest days. With the arrival of French doctrine, the imageof the good spiritualist was created, the term “white table” as a synonym of virtue, segregating the other indigenous and black spiritualist religions already existing in the country, these exercised by enslaved and others subordinated by the aristocracy.Then a parameter is made of the whiteningthesis in Brazil post slavery, wich used the Eugenia and “scientific racism”, with these religious conflicts, demonstrating that racism goes beyond living bodies.
