The Mandatory Supervised Internship (ESO) was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Cláudio Coutinho Bartolomeu in two different places. The first one was at the IPA (Agronomic Institute of Pernambuco) - Experimental Station of Arcoverde - PE in the area of Animal Reproduction, in the period of 03/12/2019 to 03/28/2019, under the supervision of Dr º. Antônio Santana dos Santos Filho and with a total workload of 100 hours; The second place of the internship was at the Veterinary Hospital of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of the Universidade Estadual Paulista (FMVZ - UNESP), Campus Botucatu, São Paulo, in the areas of pathophysiology of reproduction and obstetrics, Department of Animal Reproduction and Veterinary Radiology, 01/04/2019 to 05/28/2019 under the supervision of Prof. Drª Fabiana Ferreira de Souza, with 320 hours being the total workload. The ESO lasted 420 hours. This report aimed at describing a structural framework of the places and activities developed by the student Douglas Sabino Leite de Oliveira Duarte, during the internship, in the areas of medical clinic and surgery, being the main focus for the area of Animal Reproduction, in addition, to show the knowledge learned. From the experiences lived during the stage, it was possible to explain a case report on Uterine Prolapse in a Goat.
