Item Breve panorama nacional sobre saúde e segurança do trabalho(2023-09-21) Cavalcante, Antônio Fábio Marques; Silva, Maria Auxiliadora Gonçalves da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1540473468896261This Brief Overview of Occupational Health and Safety in Brazil was created to analyze existing statistical data, focusing on the national and state context, specifically in Recife. The general objective is to identify the role of CERESTs on Occupational Health and Safety conditions in Recife. The specific goals are to identify, through statistical data, the number of cases of work-related accidents and raise awareness among workers by gender, age, education, and workplace. In this sense, my theoretical-methodological framework is based on a socio-anthropological approach of an essentially documentary, bibliographic, and statistical nature. It is therefore proposed to analyze and contribute to making knowledge about worker health and safety more evident and, simultaneously, open up space for more in-depth research aimed at specific and controversial aspects for the working class.
