    This work aims to report the activities made by the student Taciana Cássia Santos Bezerra during her mandatory supervised internship (ESO) at Centro de Pesquisa, Reabilitação e Despetrolização de Animais Marinhos (CePRAM) through Projeto de Monitoramento de Praias na Bacia de Santos (PMP-BS) in Florianópolis, at the Associação R3 Animal, on sea animals rehabilitation from March 2nd to March 30th, 2020, with a 436-hour workload, under the guidance of Prof. Jean Carlos Ramos da Silva and supervision by the veterinarian Dr. Cristiane Kiyomi Miyaji Kolesnikovas. This report is split in two parts. In the first part activities performed during the internship and details involved are presented. In the second part is described a case report of the occurrence of Plasmodium sp. in a specimen of Spheniscus magellanicus (magellanic penguin), in which it was experienced during the stage period.
