This refers to the practice of the media, where one must also be attentive to professionalism, since these media need strategic care where the consumer will be found, what kind of social mediahe is in and what he is looking for in it, are some questions which deserve attention. With the objective of analyzing the importance of the legal aspects of virtual crime laws in order to show the validity of the truth of the facts, an integrative reviewwas made through a qualitative research approach, as a form of analysis when we enter the studies involving the human sciences, of which, were used as data collection articles related to crimes that are characterized as virtual that had veracities in the facts and integrative reporting the typifications of virtual crimes between 2010 to 2016. This was raised through the analysis of requirements obtained at the Fishing Pole, which has the institutions: IFPE, UFPE and UFRPE. By using these stages you can find more effective and simple solutions to solve problems. It was thinking of this type of concept that the research was chosen. The unplugged activities used in the research functioned as a good teaching methodology, since the school lacked technological infrastructure such as computers and internet access. Therefore, the present study aimed to present the results of a research carried out in a primary school that was applied in a 9th grade elementary school class II. The research was intended to introduce students to Computational Thinking, through unplugged activities. The methodology used in the research is characterized as exploratory and field, from which it was possible to obtain both qualitative and quantitative data. Information extracted from this mass of data can change the strategy of many companies and people. In computer forums, you can see the same pattern, multiple people interacting and generating various information about information technology and its derivatives. The research will go through the whole cycle of sentiment analysis, data capture on the StackOverflow platform, data processing,natural language processing, algorithm training and classification. In order to show the data processing and classification steps, compare the classification approaches and extract information about the analyzed database. We have shown that education can accompany and appropriate technologies, aligning formal education with the social and temporal context, allowing for a more meaningful teaching and learning process, taking care not to transform technology-based education into technical education, dissociated from context and meaning for the students. Having the constructionist approach defended by educators like Seymour Papert, who proposed and developed a theory derived from constructionism called constructivism, having instrumentalized his ideas by developing, together with other researchers, a programming language that provides a technological learning for the understanding of programming. computers by children in a critical and constructivist manner. Thus, we describe some tools based on the original ideas of Seymour Papert and his technological developments. These tools use block visual languages to build multimedia-enabled programs, making games possible or building mobile applications. We have come up with a commercial solution for educational robotics application called Lego Mindstorms EV3. We depart from the theoretical approach and carry out a case study that demonstrates the application of educational robotics to the teaching of programming logic using visual block programming applied to students of the 5th gradeof elementary school, demonstrating the proposed challenges, the respective results achieved by the students. , as well as participants' perceptions, describing their feedback, which may be an important report for improvements in the application of programming classes with educational robotics and future work. Therefore, the prototype of a low-cost device was developed, whose main objective is to monitor and transmit the data obtained (volume of the water level of the rivers). Considering the transmission and analysis of data, the device is enabled in the concept of Smart Cities and Internet of Things, as it uses information technology to collect, analyze and transmit data. For the construction of the prototype, an Arduino microcontroller board and some other electronic components were used. The source code of the device was developed through Arduino IDE, a code compiler, based on the C / C ++ programming language, where the data received by the hardware will be interpreted and analyzed. An accuracy test was applied to identify and relate the values obtained by the device, where the results were satisfactory, considering that the distance data captured by the device were accurate, compared to the actual physical quantity. A simulation was carried out in a cylindrical container (where such a scenario can be made a relationship with a river), where the results reached the expected goals: using the developed code, calculate the distance between the water level and the device, interpret the calculated value and turn on the LED related to the water level situation (red LED for high level, yellow LED for medium level or green LED for low level). The theoretical framework encompasses discussions about autism in adult individuals and their needs in relation job market insertion. Methdological procedures con-sisted in the application of a survey as well as interviews with autistic individuals, profes-sionals from the field of Psy-chology and company representatives to obtain data which in-formed the requirements. As a result, the system named Labour Alternative for Autism Spec-trum Disorder (ALTEA). The main objective of this work is to apply the multi-class classification algorithms to the data obtained from the transparency portal, and to try to predict requests sent to the Ombudsman’s Office of the State of Pernambuco To obtain data from the Ombudsman’s Office of the State of Pernambuco, data scraping was carried out on the Pernambuco Transparency Portal of Pernambuco. Data for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 were obtained. The algorithms Decision Tree, Random Forest, Bagging and kNN were applied to the ombudsman data. The results showed that the automatic data classification algorithms, particularly the Decision Tree, Random Forest, Bagging algorithms achieved 55 percent and 32 percent in the type and organ classes respectively, taking advantage of one hit every two attempts in the type class and one hit every three attempts in the organ class. Some points about remote education were exposed, for example: the ordinances that authorized the implementation of remote education, some technologies used in remote education and the difference between distance education, remote education and hybrid education. As a methodology, the hypothetical-deductive method is used. Still on the methodology for data collection, the extensive direct technique was used, that was, the application of questionnaires through the google form to 13 students of the 5th period of the courses of bachelor's degree in information system and bachelor's degree in information science the questions of the questionnaire consisted of dichotomous and multiple choice questions and lastly an extensive theoretical review on the subject was carried out. As a conclusion of this research, it was noted that the impacts on the learning of students who changed from face-to-face to remote education were external. In view of this scenario, this work presents the development of an educational game, quiz type, performed in the Tool GDevelop and addresses one of the main subjects of mathematics of the 6 year of elementary school, polygons, making learning fun and dynamic. It is expected that the application of the game developed in this project will contribute to the understanding of polygons, and result in a positive performance among students. Thus, over the years, technology has shown its importance for the legal area, offering tools that allow professionals to improve daily performance according to demand. Therefore, this research aims to identify the impacts of using a legal information system with automated routines in a law firm, based on a discussion of the implementation of this type of system. The methodological procedure adopted consisted of conducting interviews with professionals involved in its use, where professionals from different positions were selected in order to obtain answers based on different perspectives, which in turn are built based on the profile of the users in question. The results of the interview showed that for the professionals, the system and its tools were new, and that learning and adaptation were seen as a challenge, that with the use of the system on a day-to-day basis, it was overcome and considerable benefits were acquired. . Thus, it was concluded that the use of the system had a positive impact on the daily life of the office, as it benefited professionals in several aspects, allowing them to improve their daily performance.Item Análise do comportamento através dos dados coletados na internet(2021-04-07) Lima, Priscilla Amarante de; Diniz, Juliana Regueira Basto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0175193064988810; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7284770857817456This work presents an analysis of human behavior through data collected on the internet. They will be confirmed as Big Techs and the Cambridge Analytica case study. We show that digital records of behavior easily obtained, through likes, through Facebook can be used to automatically and accurately predict a range of highly confidential personal attributes, including: sexual orientation, ethnicity, religious and political views, personality traits, intelligence, happiness, use of addictive substances, separation from parents, age and sex. The based analysis is based on a data set of more than 58,000 volunteers who provided Facebook likes, detailed demographic profiles and the results of various psychometric tests. The proposed model uses dimensionality reduction to pre-process the tanned data, which is then inserted in linear regression to predict individual psych demographic profiles of tanned. The model correctly discriminates between homosexual and heterosexual men in 88% of cases, African-Americans and Caucasian Americans in 95% of cases, and between Democrats and Republicans in 85% of cases. For the personality trait "Aperture", prediction accuracy is close to the test-retest accuracy of a personality test pattern. This paper aims to explain how digital games can help in the construction of educational methodologies that will help in the cognitive development of children with autism spectrum disorder, showing the main available games developed and studied nowadays, their main technologies of use, and proposed benefits. These games can be used to improve educational methodologies that promote the inclusion of children with ASD in the school environment, through the development of motor, social, and cognitive skills. The ability to integrate this group into society has been increasing progressively these days, with the awareness of the population and also with the help of the development of new technologies. There is a certain advance when it comes to the development of teaching-learning techniques and methods for children with ASD. This research aims to identify existing perceptions in the literature about online platforms for offering courses for training in the IT area, based on a reflection on online platforms for technological learning and a systematic mapping of literature. The theoretical framework included discussions about techniques and principles adopted in bibliographic reviews and reflections on the main platforms that offer IT courses in Brazil. The methodological procedures adopted consisted of defining criteria for selecting academic texts and applying keywords in systematic cycles in search engines to compose a corpus to be analyzed qualitatively. The data obtained indicate that the platforms have different business models, limitations, potentialities and target audiences, and that there is little Research addressing their characteristics in depth. The experience with the user and the machine is one of the topics discussed in information systems, because in the organization, which in this work is the school, it is an important ally in achieving organizational objectives through the activities performed by employees. For this to happen, employees need to have ownership of how to work with the systems through training and that these systems can match the needs of the school's workflow and see what other programs can contribute to greater efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, by carrying out research with the users of the systems, it can be seen that user and machine experience is essential for a good success in the school institution.
