Item Minha UBS: aplicativo para facilitar o acesso a serviços disponibilizados em Unidades Básicas de Saúde(2024-10-09) Lira, Emerson Leonardo Oliveira de; Monteiro, Cleviton Vinicius Fonsêca; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9362573782715504The Unified Health System is the system that guarantees the Brazilian population access to health services free of charge through the public network. The main way of accessing these services is from basic health units, popularly known as "postinhos", Those responsible in these units for facilitating this access for residents are community, health and endemic diseases, agents who act as bridges between residents and health units. With tools to help plan strategies to operate in the region and facilitate communication with residents, Minha UBS proposes, through an application, to reduce barriers between the population and public health services.Item Esporotricose no contexto da saúde única(2023-10-31) Nascimento, Wellington de Souza; Afonso, José Augusto Bastos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9754109726295756; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8738450850987099Implantation, or subcutaneous, mycoses are a group of diseases caused by fungi that are characterized by the inoculation of the agent through transcutaneous trauma. They are called implantation mycoses because some of these diseases can affect other tissues of the body, in addition to the subcutaneous tissue. As is the case with sporotrichosis, an implantation mycosis caused by dimorphic fungi of the genus Sporothrix. Thus, the objective is to evaluate the epidemiological aspects of sporotrichosis in the context of Single Health through a literature review. The review on sporotrichosis was carried out through research in the following renowned databases of national and international literature: BDTD Nacional, Scopus, Periodicos CAPES, PubMed, Scielo, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde and Google Scholar, using sporotrichosis and public health as the main words -chaves, both in portuguese and english. As a large number of files were recovered, 47 files were selected that best suited the research theme. Classically, sporotrichosis is transmitted by the inoculation of the fungus through trauma caused by contact with contaminated organic matter such as soil, branches and tree trunks and thorns, but since the 1990s, it has become of great relevance in public health in Brazil, when the first outbreak of disease in humans was described with the domestic cat as the main inoculator, in the state of Rio de Janeiro. It is more prevalent in regions with a tropical and temperate climate. In Brazil, like much of the world, the disease is neglected and is not part of the compulsory notification diseases and diseases. Clinical manifestations in humans are related to the location where the lesions are located and their extent, with cutaneous lesions being more common and pulmonary lesions being more common in extracutaneous involvement. In animals, it is mainly represented by cats, which present ulcerative and/or nodular lesions mainly in the nasal region, chest and extremities. The implementation of effective and standard health surveillance emerges as a necessity so that there is real data on the disease in the national territory. It is necessary to work together in the human, animal and environmental spheres to adopt actions and measures based on these three pillars to better understand the disease. Providing free and rapid diagnosis for cats appears as an incentive for the population to seek official health services to identify the disease. In addition, raising awareness among health professionals and the general population is extremely important for control to be effective.Item Monkeypox (Varíola dos macacos) no Brasil: recorte epidemiológico de casos em Pernambuco de 2022 a 2023(2024-02-22) Cordeiro, Amanda Estefanir; Souza, Maria Isabel de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4438209268573845; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4326277618190307Monkeypox or Monkeypox is an infection of viral origin caused by a zoonotic virus, belonging to the genus Orthopoxvirus and family Poxviridae. This work aimed to describe the monkeypox outbreak from the perspective of Public Health at a national level and focusing on Pernambuco over a period of 11 months (August 2022 to July 2023). To this end, a bibliographical survey was carried out based on different official publications available in national and international scientific literature databases, with an emphasis on data from the Ministry of Health and CIEVS Nacional and Pernambuco. The outbreak described here presented a higher geographic spread pattern than those already identified. In the first week of the initial epidemiological bulletin, 24 countries reported suspected and confirmed cases. In Brazil, a greater number of confirmed cases were observed in the Southeast region, with the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais responsible for the highest rates, followed by the Northeast and Central-West, respectively. The profile of those infected corresponds to males, with 96.2% (77,685/80,722) of confirmed cases worldwide, with a median age of 34 years. The age group with the highest number of confirmed cases in Pernambuco was between 30 and 39 years old, followed by people between 20 and 29 years old, considered mixed race, followed by white and black. Currently, positivity in most countries is confirmed by national reference laboratories using PCR (polymerase chain reaction). There is no proven specific antiviral treatment and as for most viral diseases, treatment is based on controlling the symptoms observed. There are no specific vaccines against the infection, however, epidemiological investigations indicate that the smallpox vaccine induces up to 85% protection against the Monkeypox virus.Item Trabalho de conclusão da residência em clínica médica de pequenos animais/ relatório final das atividades realizadas no período 2022-2024/sarcoma de tecidos moles em felino: relato de caso(2024-02-23) Ocea, Grayce Kelly; Moura, Roseana Tereza Diniz de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6842974413081119; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2963185320510409Item Relatório de Conclusão de Atividades do Programa de Residência: Construção e Implementação do Planejamento Estratégico Situacional na Vigilância em Saúde no Distrito Sanitário III, Recife, Pernambuco, Brasil(2024-02-26) Silva, Andreya Alves Correia da; Freitas, Aderaldo Alexandrino de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3035445160949061; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0257065611414987Item Relatório de conclusão de residência em área profissional de saúde em medicina veterinária – medicina veterinária preventiva – doenças parasitárias(2024-02-22) Silva, Samara dos Santos; Melo, Renata Pimentel Bandeira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2756533380815255; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4700971857977139The Residency Program in the Professional Area of Health in Veterinary Medicine at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE) – Recife Campus aims to train Veterinarians for service in a specific area, through the lato sensu postgraduate teaching modality and exclusive dedication regime, lasting 24 months. The Mandatory Supervised Internship (ESO), carried out as part of the requirement to obtain the Degree in Veterinary Medicine. Alternative practices were sought to the use of Antibiotics as Growth Promoters (APC), with the aim of contributing to public health and combating bacterial resistance. The methodology involved observing the daily routine of a poultry farm that produces eggs without the need for APCs. And the comprehensive literature was reviewed, which included the analysis of scientific publications in databases and specialized literature between the years 2013 and 2024. The results indicated the effectiveness and need for alternative methods to APCs for the sustainability of the sector and animal health and human, highlighting the importance of policies for the responsible use of antibiotics in poultry production.Item Federalismo e pandemia: um estudo sobre a atuação do governo federal e dos governos estaduais no enfrentamento a pandemia do COVID-19(2022-05-27) Silva, Lealdo Rafael da; Andrade, Fábio Bezerra de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9407924493644881; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4578417256338650Item Ações realizadas no âmbito da defesa e fiscalização agropecuária na ADAGRO Recife(2023-09-14) Silva, Emerson Paulo Francisco Santos da; Oliveira, Frederico Inácio Costa de; Cavalcante Junior, Jurandir Barbosa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5204052890141270; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0588796892433431; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9350736052451723The Supervised Curricular Internship is fundamental in academic training, since it is a period in which the student unites his theoretical and practical knowledge of his professional training. The agronomy engineer plays a very important role in the work in areas such as Public Health, which can act in the quality of the food, going from planting planning to the supervision of products marketed in the market, when assessing the residues of agrotoxics. This course completion paper contains the description of the activities carried out in the Agency for the Defense and Agricultural Surveillance of the State of Pernambuco (ADAGRO), in the city of Recife, Pernambuco. The objective of the internship was to monitor, develop and carry out activities and actions, from the area of plant inspection and defense, related to the use of agrotoxics and quarantine diseases. The activities carried out, together with the agricultural and livestock inspectors, consisted in the inspection area: in collections of organic and conventional products (fairs, supermarkets and Ceasa) for analyzes of pesticide residues; going to the properties with positive products in high doses, use not registered for the crop or prohibited products and presence of agrotoxics in the organic products; for defense area were made surveys in important areas of entry of quarantine diseases in Recife (Porto Suape, Porto Recife and airport), going to the properties of citrus and grapes for verification and detection of diseases not yet present in the state; and office work (spreadsheets, reports and articles). The practices provided constructive moments, also promoting criticality, within the moral and ethical-professional precepts. The compulsory Supervised Internship allowed to observe the importance of integration between the services provided by Adagro, as for example, Agricultural Surveillance, and the due care for agriculture in Pernambuco to continue developing more and more, as well as the guarantee to the health of the population through food of higher quality, besides making possible the experience of professional practice, in a part of the work of the agronomist little seen during the course.Item Rotina de atividades na Vigilância Ambiental, Sanitária e Epidemiológica em Sirinhaém - PE(2022-06-02) Cunha, Sthephanny Caroline Fidelis Guerra; Medeiros, Elizabeth Sampaio de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5998863169551704; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0891142621840420Veterinary doctor can work in several areas, including public health, demonstrating the great importance of this profession. In view of the actions of this professional, especially in Public Health, it is necessary to debate the subject. Thus, the present Mandatory Supervised Internship (ESO) aimed to report the routine of activities in the Environmental, Epidemiological and Sanitary Surveillance in Sirinhaém-PE: arboviruses, rabies, schistosomiasis, inspections of establishments linked to Veterinary Medicine, as well as the activities complementary courses (training courses). Sirinhaém was considered to be infested with the Aedes Aegypti gnat, with priority being given to combating this mosquito. Among these actions, educational ones were carried out in the residences, on how to condition water and what care should be taken, because due to the irregularity of supply, these reservoirs become breeding grounds for A. aegypti gnat larvae. Traps were placed (eleven points) and confirmation of eggs and/or larvae of the A. aegypti gnat were found in some of them. Vector control were: mechanical and chemical control. Mechanical control: removing the spotlights, placing the screen on possible spots. Chemical control: use of organophosphate insecticides, pyrethroids, and growth regulators, possibly including Chitin Synthesis Inhibitors and Juvenile Hormone Analogues. In the activities of rabies vaccination, a total of 6,865 animals (canines: 4,872; felines: 1,993) were vaccinated with rabies, reaching 84% of the animal population. There were inspections in sectors such as: pharmacy, food truck, beverage warehouse, bar and convenience store, the last two establishments with several irregularities reported and in the other inspection, both followed the guidelines. In the Epidemiological Surveillance, the epidemiological data of schistosomiasis was monitored, and Sirinhaém was considered endemic (nineteen positive cases confirmed). Among the complementary activities: training courses: the “REDESIM /JUCEPE and SEBRAE” and the “e-visit@ - PE -Endemics”. Development of the routines of ESO activities in the area of public health, interconnection of the three Surveillances (Environmental, Sanitary and Epidemiological) was noted and the respective practical experiences were important to professional training, extremely valuable, in the desire to remain committed to learning and practice of the profession.
